I am very happy with my windows. I was researching these windows for a very long time. I went to a few competitors and got quotes. I guess because mostly Greener Homes Loan is a loan available that I took advantage of to purchase new windows and doors for my home, which I badly needed. I wanted to go with a local company, Meloche, which has been in business since 1957. I wanted someone local and reputable.

We are very pleased with our doors and the installation. Very professional and done in a timely manner.

Their rep, Terry, actually DOWN sold to us, letting us know that they could refurbish some windows instead of replacing them. He inspected the work after the crew finished, found a very minor thing had been overlooked and made sure it was addressed. Following the initial job, we hired them for a second installation. There was a very minor mismatch of the finish on some hardware (not Meloche’s fault) and they promptly replaced it, although we were willing to live with it. The install crew was polite and capable, cleaning up well after themselves.
