Absolutely not!

The water removal was great the work to finish carpentry from there was very poorly done in fact I finished because they didn’t come back for three months

After several months of missed deadlines and subpar work Menolds just walked away from my project

The mitigation was good but they ordered the wrong materials for the doors and trim. It’s been over a year and the basement is still not put back together. They have been nearly silent on getting it resolved.

Everyone I dealt with at Menold was courteous, professional and provided quality work.

They were outstanding from the first night of clean up to the last day of renovation.

Menold provided all of the information about what processes would be taken prior to starting the remodel.

Professional team, great communication, great attention to detail, easy to work with!

The staff and workers were friendly and respectful. Yes, we had to wait a long time for some services to get done, but in all fairness it was during Covid!

The work that was done was excellent, but the communication was very poor with the company. Repeated un-returned phone calls to check status.

Once the project started, I was very happy with how it looked. It looked very professional. I had my basement done. It made it look bigger because of the color they chose. The Project Manager Christian was very professional. I appreciated how he kept me updated. It was nice to be able to text him to let him know the different things that came up. It did take a long time to get started initially. I'm not sure why. It took a year for the project to be completed. Christian was really good at getting back to me. I couldn't get a hold of the first Project Manager Jason. I had to eventually ask for a different Project Manager since it took so long for the project to start. I submitted my claim in September 2020. My project was completed two weeks ago which was November 15, 2021.

DID A GREAT JOB

Menold took the time to hear about the problem, detailed how the process would go and despite a tight schedule, Menold responded to the request for an inspection the very next morning. After another company performed the air qualilty testing, Menold came back out to complete their estimations the very next day so they could get us a proper quote. Quote was provided in a timely manner. And again, despite a backlog of work, Menold was able to work us into the schedule to get the work completed in a prompt and timely fashion, so we could get our pastor and his family back into the parsonage. Jeremy at Menold provided informed and professional details of the process and was available by text and email to answer our questions within a 24-hour period. All good communication and experience the whole way through.

This is our 3d Menold experience. Each one has been excellent, but they keep getting better i.e. more organized, more coordinated, but still oriented to the homeowner, still very thorough and well-done, and the key person was the Field Superintendent although each team leader was outstanding.

From day 1 to the end of the project the crews from Menold were polite, professional, friendly and efficient.

They always kept me informed on the status of my job and were very attentive.

Christian and the team of professionals at Menolds did their best to keep our Kitchen restoration moving forward. He was patient and knowledgeable regarding what needed to happen. Thanks everyone for your hard work. The results are great!

Menold was quick to respond to our needs for safety, and to limit further damage due to an emergency situation within our home. Following the initial call, an assessment of the problem, and plans for solving the problem and expanding the project were made by using the expertise of Menold employees and technology.

They took down my bathroom windows and blinds,and they broke them. They were suppose to replace them, but they never did.

Everyone was very nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. There were many groups of people involved.

Work was well done and professional

We had $22,000 in water damage in our home due to improperly installed appliances and Menolds was there within 2 hours of being called. They brought equipment that accurately found the water and assessed the damage. They set up equipment that day and worked with us for the next 6 months removing, restoring and replacing what was necessary. They brought polite experienced professionals to do the work. Mandi and Ian treated us like family. They coordinated everything from start to finish and even though this was a stressful time knowing they were handling things and that we could trust them made it a little easier. The work was beautifully done and to our satisfaction.

All of the men were the best. They were polite, generous and thoughtful.

They were prompt, paid attention to detail, and I was extremely satisfied with their service quality.

I believe Menold is the undeniable Go-To Restoration company from beginning to end. Their commitment to customer service and quality is priceless. So thankful to be able to trust them when circumstances are difficult!

Good service from start to finish.

I would recommend Menolds but would ask how long it will take to complete your project before starting it. They are great on working with you. All involved on job were on time and did there job well.

Cleanup crew was timely and thorough. Scheduling of subcontractors was confusing at times because they didn’t communicate changes. Andrew was very responsive to text messages. Given Covid-19 situation the restoration took longer, but is completed to our satisfaction.

The construction portion for the repairs was a 5-star rating, but the person I dealt with in the beginning for the estimate was a 4-star rating. I had trouble getting him to contact my insurance company to work things out, so it took longer than anticipated. The guy that handled the construction was very cooperative and helpful.

Everything was so easy with this company… I was so upset and they made it easygoing and resolved the problem..

Mark did an awesome job on the renovation!

Communication about progress was the best. Mark Bradley was on top of everything and always looked out for us as to the direction we needed to take on the rebuild. There were no shortcuts and everything was done to our satisfaction.

My good impression started with the well spoken people who answer the phone, then continued with Mandy and her crew, which consisted of floater workers who were very personable, probably because Mandy showed the same. Roger was of a very good nature and positive and lined up the crew for repairs. William (apprentice) if I have the right name seems to have been taught well, and Kyle is a diamond of a find for door work, hope you keep him until he retires. If I am right the contracted painter, carpet layer crew and plumber were all aligned and did well. It was a long process but we were lucky enough the area is not used by us at this time. Good to have it done.

We were very happy with the quality of the work that was performed by Menold Construction. Brian and his team didn't cut corners and paid a lot of attention to details. They were always professional and respectful. I also appreciate their flexibility and willingness to work with us to get what we wanted.

They did a great on the bath room and I would definitely have them again.

Menold's are my go-to folks for any construction, renovation, or emergency home repair project. They are so reliable and professional. They always do exactly what they say they're going to do exactly when they say they'll do it. And if something isn't quite right, they make sure to address it right away. They're a little more expensive than some other area contractors, but totally worth it!

We had a great experience with Jason, Christian, Alan and Alex. They went above and beyond to address our concerns and make sure this project was completed according to our comfort levels. Everyone was professional, patient and kind. Jason gave me as much time and information as I needed to feel prepared and the project was completed on time and in a manner that I felt very comfortable with. They are a great team and I appreciate them very much.

Menold's Restoration is the best in taking care of people who have gone through a fire, water damage or whatever the case is that has gone wrong with someone's home. This is the third time we have needed their services and are always greatly pleased with the work they have done. The are #1 in restoration services.

Menold Construction was available when many other companies weren't, however, there were delays in communication and I had to reach out multiple times to check on service.

They did an awesome job and were absolutely excellent. My supervisor, Billy, was top-notch.

They did not finish the project in a timely manner. In fact they came and pulled off to do other work for someone else.
