The team was very knowledgeable and worked really well together. Meridian Contents was expeditious at packing me, and they did a great job.
Meridian Restoration- Marietta is a great company. They answered every question!
Meridian Contents was prompt and professional. They took care of us and did an amazing job.
They were very friendly, prompt, and professional.
The guys that I dealt with were all great. They handled what I needed for my property. Communication was great. They were in and out in a timely manner. They were on time and job the job done. I have no complaints at all.
I wouldn’t use them to rebuild a dog house
I recommend the company to any and everyone who wants a job completed the right way. These guys will not mess up!
The flooring guys were good. I had an issue with the sheetrock guys.
I would definitely recommend a friend and family, very professional
Great company. Answered every question!
We did have an issue with them. They later resolved it, but it was time-consuming. The company recognized the issue and resolved it, but there was a time-consuming element to that.
I was able to receive resolve issues effectively and promptly with Project Manager. Due to flooding I had several services that proceeded Meridian. They left some issues that Meridian assisted with.
I experienced professionalism and timeliness.
The accident happened on January 10th. It took them two weeks to get the Owing off the ground, where I could get out of my house easily. They got that taken care of. Three weeks later, I still don't have new owing.
Excellent job
Meridian isn't native to this area so under 'normal circumstances" it's important to me to support local small business (accountability and economics)
They were communicative and flexible.
The quality of service was above and beyond.
I had water damage in my home and they had to replace the padding underneath the carpet but didn’t replace the upgraded padding that was underneath the carpet they just put down some cheap padding. The drying of the overall home was great along with the paint job.
This rating is for the contractors that did the actual repairs in my home and not for the pack out/pack in crew which moved my belongings to a storage facility. I was quite pleased with the work the crew did on the actual home repairs. I was extremely disappointed in the crew that did the pack out/pack in job.
The pack out/pack in crew did a great job with the furniture and dishes they packed except for the 2 large floor clocks that they moved. They broke both the clocks and then implied that they were not working before they moved them. Eventually they had a clock repair man come and repair them. But I really did not like the implication that they were not working before they moved them. This was the response for everything I told Maria was broken. I was there for both the pack out and the pack in and I had nothing turned on or running at the time, If they needed the items "on" for photos all they had to do was tell me and I would have turned everything on. The large 3 section entertainment center in the living room is lighted and it needed to be wired together so all the lights would come on with one switch in the unit. They took it apart but they did not get the sections reconnected back together properly and it would not light. I discovered this after they had left and I had to get a tall ladder and try different combos until I figured out how to reconnect it properly so it would light again. Since I did not take it apart this was not so easy for me to do. I had to keep getting up and down the tall ladder and move it from section to section. My power couch recliner was not plugged in properly and would not work. In order for me to use it I had to get down on my knees to plug the unit together and into a wall outlet. I did not discover this either until they had left. I had packed all the drawers so everything could remain in the drawers, but they took everything out and dumped it all in boxes and then just put the stuff back in the drawers anywhere they could fit it. I had dog clothing with my underwear and not one drawer was the way I had left it. When I had movers move me 700 miles in 2005, they just wrapped the drawers and told me everything could stay in the dressers. This dumping out of all my drawers was so unnecessary and has caused me a lot of work to get them back the way they were. Even my secretary drawers were emptied and then put back anyway they could get the stuff back in. I have my entire house wired for sound with speakers in every room and made sure the flooring people kept all the wires coming up through the floors so it could be put back that way. They disconnected all the speakers in every room, but they did not put them back reconnected to the wires coming out of the floors. Nor did they connect the speaker wires to the sound system. I have not yet got my speakers reconnected or my sound system working. My secretary has a complete light kit I had installed that lights the top. It worked before they moved it but now it does not light. It has to be removed and replaced as the unit cannot just have the bulb replaced. They backed their huge, fully loaded and very heavy trucks across my grass in two places trying to back the trucks out of my driveway, making ruts in the grass. I had told everyone I have an in-ground sprinkler system so no vehicles can be on my grass. Of course, all of the people except Maria did not speak any English so it was not easy to communicate with them. I told Maria I wanted 2 bags of Miracle Grow Lawn soil 1.5 cu ft each to put in the ruts they made, and I sent a photo of the bag of soil too since I knew English was not her first language, in an email. She came with 2 bags that were .75 cu ft which was only enough to repair one side of the lawn where the ruts were. When I told her she got too small of bags she said she could not find the larger bag, but she eventually bought 3 more of the smaller bags of soil. If she knew she did not get the right size bags, then she should have brought enough of the smaller bags to make up the difference instead of just bringing 2 small bags and hoping that I would not say anything.
Easiest repair/restoration I've ever experienced. Workers were very professional and did a great job. Would not hesitate to use them in the future

I have had bi-lateral knee replacement surgery only a few months prior to the flood in my home which means everything I do is more difficult now than it was before as I am still in recovery. Plus, I am 72 years old, and I live alone so it is all on me to make my home whole again. I hope I never have to go through a pack out ever again.
They are very consistent, they don't waste any time when you call. They get right back to you with questions. You don't have to wait for them. They are great with communication.
Meridian Restoration is one of the most professional organizations that I have ever encountered! They were only one call away. I knew at all times exactly what was going to happen and when it would happen. Their workers were always respectful, professional, and gave us a sense of care and concern about restoring our water damage back to normal. I hope to never have a problem again but if I did I will call Meridian!
They are a great company to have working for you.
