Highly recommend MHX Designs. We completed a complete conversion from stucco to James Hardie siding and stone with complete replacement of our windows and doors. Our "MHX house" is by far the nicest looking with obvious attention-to-detail subtleties that are not included in the other houses in our neighborhood that have also converted from stucco. MHX is an Elite Preferred James Hardie contractor and it definitely shows in their workmanship. Phil and Claudio were there to answer any questions and provide recommendations based off of their years of experience every step of the way. I recommend that you choose MHX Designs for your renovation. You will not regret it.

MHX installed new siding, windows, roof, doors, walkway, and a deck for us. We are thrilled with the work they did for us. Phillip spent a lot of time walking us through all the choices of materials. He was also very patient as we worked the design process. The work was done meticulously from start to finish. It is by far the best experience we have ever had with contractors.

I already did a review of the excellent work they did for the stucco remediation project we had. This is for the decks I had them rebuild. MHx did such a great job with the stucco remediation we asked them to rebuild the two decks attached on the back of our house.

The entire process was easy and work was done in a timely manner. The entire staff was great and efficient.

The end product was excellent. Our deck is beautiful and very well constructed. There were a few bumps in the road getting there. Pricing in the beginning could have been better. The pandemic created some delivery issues with product.

I had a a appointment set and received a last minute call from Kyu that he couldn’t make it. I never heard from him again. I used MHx for my stucco repair in 2019 and as a result they ended up receiving a lot of business in my neighborhood because of our referrals. Apparently my business isn’t needed so I will find someone else for my remodeling work.

Overall, I was quite disappointed in my experience. I selected MHX and paid a premium cost because I was sold by the presentation of craftsmanship and integrity of the company. My experience fell WELL short of that and caused me to rescind my recommendations to family and friends.

I think they did a great job. The communication about the process was great. They were very professional and easy to work with. They stayed on schedule.

Recognized Excellence - All crew members working on the field. That was a hard and dangerous work requiring workers climbing up ladder in very cold windy winter days. The field workers are highly skilled and experienced, to my observation.

All MHx staff were professional and courteous. Andrew Kim's communication skills were excellent. He kept me informed on progress of work completion on a regular basis. Job site was safely maintained and clean-up was excellent. This was somewhat a unique project in working with the seller and buyer of the house. Buyers were very please with work performed. Reports were comprehensive and very helpful for re-inspection and the settlement process.Would highly recommend

My search consisted of finding a contractor who had the experience, knowledge and commitment in stucco remediation and window replacement. I went through a very stringent contractor selection process in stages and then narrowed it down to 3, then 2 who underwent an intense interrogation process. I chose MHx due to 1) the details provided with their quote 2) their ability to answer my 20+ documented questions (answered in detail), 3) their BBB rating, 4) their on line reviews and references (all excellent) and 5) my comfort level knowing this company could do the job and do it well. My project manager, Andrew Kim was ever so patient and always took the time to explain in detail EVERYTHING! An email or text message never went unanswered but more than that, he took the time to understand me. This went a long way with my trust in MHx but more importantly in Andrew as he always had my best interest in mind. The project finished on time, without issue and the workmanship is outstanding down to the finest of details which included James Hardie and Vinyl Siding, 29 New Windows and 2 new Skylights. When we realized that we had a problem with our stucco, we researched a half dozen contractors as well as numerous options for remediation. We knew right away when we spoke to Andrew that we were dealing with an entirely different level of contractors/builders. MHX is a finely tuned operation, from the planning phase though execution to clean-up. We've been homeowners for over 30 years and have dealt with many projects and contractors in that time. We've usually encountered some sort of issue, controversy or disappointment. We can honestly say that we've never had such a positive experience as we did with MHX. We highly recommend them!

Mark and his team fulfilled a fantasy of mine that I could find a contractor that communicated, showed commitment to schedules and appointments, exhibited clear understanding of their craft, and did quality work.
