It became apparent to me after months of working with MACB that the higher level management of the company prioritizes profit over quality of work and customer satisfaction. The main points of contact were the sales director and construction manager and throughout our interactions, it became obvious that the upper level management had coached them to deny requests from customers for anything that would cost the builders more money or time. I was told many times that various errors or modifications were “not feasible” to fix and when I pushed them to find a solution, they would tell me lies about why they couldn’t fix the issues. I ultimately had to fight with upper level management to push them to fix numerous issues. In the end, I lost trust in MACB and would not recommend them to anyone.
