Very messy and wouldn’t stay off my grass as I requested several times. I understand that getting a new roof would probably damage some grass. I was told they would put a tarp down. I don’t recall seeing a tarp. I believe the lawn could have been protected so what better

I've been pleased with the staff, Brandon, the project manager, and what have you. They spent a great deal of time explaining to me exactly what was involved, working with the insurance company as well. That was very helpful. I know how insurance companies would be at times. Overall, I think they did a good job in terms of their project work and explaining what work was being done. They did a follow-up survey as well o make sure everything was completed.

Midwest was very informative. They helped me with pictures of how the house would look with different color roofs. They went above and beyond with everything that they did for me.
