Mighty Dog doesn’t know the basics of signed contracts.

We could not be more pleased with our new roof! Not only is it beautiful, but the entire process was professional, efficient and performed at a very high quality of workmanship. The manager came and met with us to discuss the project and made sure we understood the estimate and the recommended work. We had persistent leaking near our chimney and were told that only a complete chimney rebuild would correct the problem. The manager and foreman's explanation of the problem and the required work was forthright, clear, sincere and credible especially when compared to other solutions offered from different roofers. Cleanup each day was thorough. We did not find even one single nail after the project was completed.

We were very happy with Russ and his associates. They were very professional and monitored the entire roofing job. The roofers worked hard and did a great job working together. We definitely would recommend them. Russ and Joe showed up at 7AM and by 11:30, the garage roof was done including the cleanup. Absolutely wonderful customer service and reliability, pricing was actually better than another five star Roofing provider in my area. Everything was done exactly as I was told it would be and when I was told it would be done. The communication was stellar with replies to my phone calls and emails almost immediately in every case. If I ask for information they provided it.
I am a novice roof buyer having only purchased one full roof in the past. They were patient and provided me with detailed product information and I chose to go with a 40-year Owens Corning shingle because of the after installation warranty and support that Mighty Dog provides. They were always conscious of cost and provided me with more than one itemized estimate varying the shingle quality when I asked for a lower priced option. I absolutely did not need to downgrade on anything because all costs were remarkably affordable.

All promises kept. Timeline from start to finish was right on schedule.
