Overpromising, bullish negotiating tactics, not a clear channel of communication, confusing defining of roles/responsibilities and lack of accountability were all found on the companies’ side of the roof replacement.
When I brought additional experts and made clear demands of the expected scope of work and what I needed to finish the transaction, then they were cooperative. But only after being made to be forceful and demanding, which is not my usual behavior or response to conflict.
I’d encourage everyone to exercise extreme caution when considering working with this company.
