Great experience from beginning to end of the process: we were given lots of valuable information every step of the way & had an extremely quick and well executed replacement process.

I have worked with Mitch throughout this entire process and he has been wonderful. Communicates thouroughly and responds promptly. He has made the entire process very easy.

Communication was strong and pretty constant throughout. Mighty Dog knew the particulars of our community, including what was allowed and/or required by the neighborhood commission. Most importantly, they went before the commission to get all necessary approvals. That was a definite plus!
Laborers (their words) were efficient and stayed into the darkness to finish cleaning up. And while there was some unfinished work due to unexpected quantities of some materials, the work was completed in decent time (though did require several calls to be kept in the loop).
Payment was easy (portal) and the pricing was good.
Overall we are very pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Mighty Dog Roofing!

Mighty Dog Roofing was referred to me by our very realiable home inspector at HomeScan Inc. Mitch came to the rescue and inspected the area where we had a leak in our vaulted kitchen after driving rain and winds in February. He was helpful and extremely professional. Mitch gave us options and no hard sell on a new roof. However, when our insurance co only wanted to kick in the minimum to cover new roof (4 pitches) Mitch and the "team" at Mighty Dog Roofing went to bat for us and resubmitted the claim and need to bring our roof "To Code-2023". We got a bigger better roof as a result, and, like clockwork a crew of 13 guys came 4 days after we got the the yes from our Insurance company. My neighbors sent us photos of the progress while we were away. The crew finished in record time...13 hours on the hottest day in June! I only wish we were home to thank them and give them food/Gatoraide:) Many Thanks to Mighty Dog Roofing Co. Mitch and the owners are amazing...as is their right hand lady who sits at the computer and submits all the necessary paper work to get the job done!!! We highly recommend this company!

My wife and I solicited three bids for our new roof. The old roof was still "okay" but showing its age after 20 years. Between price and working with Mitch of Mighty Dog, we had an excellent experience and highly recommend them. The roof replacement, and a few weeks later the gutters and downspouts, were completed by friendly crews who came and did the work so quickly and efficiently that they were done and gone in a matter of hours. There were a few minor glitches and follow-up needed, but what you need to know is that Mitch (and probably other MD staff) are on-task, follow-up quickly, and will take care of you.

Working with Mighty Dog was a seamless and overall fantastic experience. Mitch, Tom and Jonathan guided me throughout the entire process and made, what seemed arduous at the beginning, very easy. Options were clearly outlined from the start, the proposal was appropriately detailed, everything was cleaned up after the install (you almost wouldn't have known they had been there) and the shingles look amazing. They worked directly with my insurance company on coverage due to wind damage and I'm very pleased with the outcome. If you need a new roof, Mighty Dog is the way to go!
