Everyone was very professional and organized. Each person had their own job to do and they were very efficient at it.

The portion of the job that was completed was done correctly and looks good. The problem we had was the remainder of the work was incomplete due to poor communication, poor staffing, and their inability to follow through in a timely manner.

Am very happy with the roofing system installed by Millstream Construction. We have experienced several high wind/rain storms since installation with no leaks, damage, or quality issues. To me, performance during these types of conditions is the true test of the quality of the product and workmanship. Price was very reasonable as well. Had competitor quote the same OC roofing system for $10K more. I would definitely recommend Millstream Construction to others.

The only professional individual that treated us fairly, nicely, and that made sure we were okay was Josh. If it wasn't for Josh I would have sent you guys away. We feel that we are overpaying for something that isn't complete. We still have issues. The quality of the work is unfair. Instead of having actual Millstream workers, it was third party contractors. That made the work very poor.

We were thrilled with the project. They completed it in one day and it looks beautiful.

Not only did they give a great price but they weren’t above and beyond helpful and kind.

While my issues with Millstream Construction were ultimately resolved, poor communications and general lack of workmanship resulted in the rating given.

They were extremely courteous and knowledgeable; it was a pleasant experience!

Millstream was the only company that physically inspected my roof before making an estimate, all others relied on computer generated images. The process was pressure free and the project was explained fully without embellishing any details.

Very professional company with a quality product. They were easy to work with and I was not pressured to make a sale. Work crew was excellent, hard working and answered my questions as they worked on my roof. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product.

Very personable, honest and professional, the work went quickly and I like the advice on the color, came out great.

I thought they were responsive and worked very hard to complete the job quickly. They volunteered to come back to add an accessory they felt was needed but was not asked for.

We were more than pleased. We have a large roof with a wrap around porch and it looks fabulous. They were meticulous. We would recommend them.

They came with ten sheets of plywood but they needed fifteen and they did not charge me for the additional sheets of plywood which was nice.

The people working were just great. They coordinated everything and helped each other out. I watched them work as a team and they were all team players. I had another roof done recently in Florida, but there was trouble with that crew. The installation crew from Millstream Construction was absolutely super.
