I was very pleased with the work ethic of Joe and Zach while they completed my new kitchen. They arrived each morning on time, took very few breaks, answered my questions and cleaned up the area every day when they were done for the day.

I feel the price was on the high side but am satisfied with the results.

Sadly, these days, you never really know what you are getting into. We can unconditionally recommend Mad City.

We like our new windows. They look great from the outside. The windows are such a big improvement from our 24 year old windows. These triple pane, double hung windows are beautiful on the inside of the house and have so many nice features. We can clean the inside and outside of the windows from the inside by flipping the windows in. Our old windows could only flip the lower half of the window. The screen can be placed on the top or the bottom. There are safety latches in place so you can open the window a couple of inches and locked so that the window can't be opened any further from the outside. The windows were trimmed in white on the outside and look so nice, the siding actually looks better now. There is new trim around the inside of the window matches our oak trim perfectly.

We like the lifetime warranty. They also have a service department that will come to us should there be any problems in the future. The installers arrived on time and did a great job!

Prices were higher than other companies (but I'm hoping that's because the product quality is better), and there were communication issues around the install (explained in question 8)

Met with several companies, and also looked at DIY possibilities, but came back to Mad City!

Our window is fine. The front door is a problem. The handle doesn't work and we really can't come in the front door. A service person came out, but couldn't get it to work and said he would have to put a work order in for Parts? It didn't even last a while week.

And you can see light coming under the front door. He adjusted the tread and it was ok. The first person that stepped on it and it went down and didn't come back up.

I messaged the repair person and still no response.

The original installation was done well, just had one issue and it took an unreasonable time to rectify the problem.

Used Mad City previously, the installation was ok, but the sales piece was shaky.

I was assured by both the original sales person and the "Milwaukee office manager" who after my attempt to cancel the contract came to my home and assured me tht my new shower would be larger than the one being replaced, guess what, I believe my new one is actually smaller. Why do I say that, when ion the shower I now am hitting the walls when I soap up and move my arms to do that, nothing like that ever happened in my old shower..

The product is of good quality and the installation is better than I expected.

Installation went well. Just some miscommunication with the sales guy about an exhaust fan.

I am very pleased with the office and the crew. Everything was on time and done well.

I was blown away with how quick the team worked. They are a well-oiled machine. Everyone throughout the decision making, buying, and installation process was so kind and helpful. My house is nearly 80 years old and had original windows. I’m in town about 50 feet from the road and I can no longer hear the road noise- even semis. My picture window faces west and before install, my living room would spike 7+ degrees in the afternoon sun, whereas, after getting the windows the temperature does not change at all. I’m so happy with the decision to go with Mad City!
