My experience was really positive. There were some small bumps, but that's to be expected in a business that is weather dependent.

Mocean did an excellent job, and I will recommend them if anyone asks what roofing contractor I used. The only problem we had was not related to work quality. On the 1st day, I offered to provide a space and a table/chairs for the installation crew to have their daily meals, including electrical connections for their Microwave. However, the crew chose instead to use the front porch (Trex plank decking) for their Microwave and meals. As a result, food was evidently dropped, and despite concerted and repeated effort, we have been unable to clean up the grease stains (3) that they left.
