Excellent customer service all around! I don't know anything about roofs, so appreciated that everyone at Mocean was more than willing to take the time to educate me in making an informed decision. From getting an estimate to the final cleanup, everyone was very proactive in communicating with me and happy to answer questions. I went through the NCIUA Fortified Roof Program and had a great experience because Mocean was able to guide me through that process as experts in fortified roofs.

My recommendation would be not to use anyone BUT MOcean. I got two other estimates, one of which was about the same, another was several thousand higher. Knowing what I know now, I'd even pay more to use MOcean because it was such a smooth process.
