Modern Remodeling has just recently completed work on one of our eaves that had severely rotten wood. This job required someone that not only did carpentry work but also gutter and roofing. Prior to this work, Modern Remodeling replaced our roof, siding and window caps, as an insurance claim, following a hail storm. Their work on our roof, siding and window caps was exemplary, so without hesitation we hired them again. We feel so lucky to have found this company. Honest, dependable and impeccable work is not easy to come by. Modern Remodeling delivered all three!

It's hard to fully express how happy we are with the final result of Modern Remodeling's re-roof and re-siding on our home. What was denied 4 years ago as a roofing job became an insurance-paid combined roofing AND siding job. Ben from Modern worked with the insurance company to get the wind-damaged siding redone as well. All leaks resolved. And it looks fantastic to boot. Big recommend !
