Morgan Exteriors, Inc. is a professional, reliable company that I would recommend to anyone needing siding on their house.

They did an outstanding job on all the work that they did on my house. They did siding, soffit, and fascia. It was all top quality. I am grateful for what they did and I would recommend them to anyone that needs Hardie Board siding.

Morgan Exteriors did a fantastic job on our house. They were timely, friendly and did the job right the first time. Would definitely recommend.

On the window installation, the job wasn't done too well. A lot of things were messed up with the window installation, but the siding project came out really nice.

First contractors had to come back & fix issues with vertical planks not spaced evenly. The painters left one part of the house unpainted. The put the white paint on, but didn't paint the one triangle/peak of house the beige color that the rest of the house is painted.

I cannot because it is a mixed bag of uncertainty and inconsistency but please see my last response below

They fulfilled every aspect of the sales contract and fulfilled their promises. Morgan Exteriors is a great company. I wish I had more work to hire them to do.

Worst contracting experience I have ever had!!!

Very friendly and informative to us and answered all of our questions. Finish4ed the job ahead of time and it looks fantastic.

Overall, we are satisfied with the completion of the project, but poor communication and lack of gratitude from the company after paying $20,000 definitely impacts our likelihood of recommending Morgan in the future.

They were professional, capable, attentive and personable.

We used Morgan on two different occasions to install new windows in our home. We are pleased with the product and with the installers.

The entire experience was great until the punch list/final walk through, where they were supposed to come and put the screw hole caps in the frames. The guy came, but told me he could only do certain holes, which totaled about 2 caps on one of the eight windows. He didn't even take a look at all of the windows, let alone plug the holes. He was there and gone within about 5 minutes. My husband had to buy the caps and finish the job himself. That was disappointing because the rest of the job was a really good experience and the job was well done. I really appreciated the installers cleaning the windows before they left.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Be warned: If I could give zero stars I would! THIS IS MORGAN EXTERIORS, after at least two FAILED INSPECTIONS. The crew is not Morgan employees they are sub-contractors naming Morgan as additional insured. After more than three thousand dollars in damage I have not been made whole as stated below from Ben Love. When I questioned their bill and put a previous review on Google Susan and Kirk Morgan threatened me. Sorry this is truth, no lies and wouldn't be considered slander! I say bring it! Morgan will lose! I have 43 emails and over 100 photos of poor workmanship (failed sheathing inspection for using drywall screws and staples, another failed inspection for single nailed trim) From Ownership to actual employees this company is rude, threatening and does not care. These people are clowns! See below ME: "Kirk. I have been thinking about my conversation with Ben Love. Dropping an "F" bomb in conversation is not swearing at him. The word was never aimed at him but answering his silly question. Ben is in the wrong business if he feels the need to scream at a customer for using the word f*** . I have engaged Precision Garage Door, A-1 Screen and Plummer Paint for painting replaced garage door, expense on top of door and install. I will be purchasing and paying a contractor to replace my shed tomorrow. The removal and assembly will run more than expected. Also the $2,200 garage door is going to be $400 more to paint with the correct materials. The cost are going to be higher than first expected due to contractors pricing. Just the door and shed and screens are at $4,050. I have more contractors coming next week for estimating the remainder of your damages to my home. Before Ben FLIPS OUT screaming at a customer maybe he should put himself in my shoes. This is my home. That is why I am being in your words agressive. All BEN needed to do was fulfill HIS promise to call me before close of business yesterday. I have been forced to engage contractors to remediate your damages and will add a reasonable charge for my time, at an hourly rate." MORGAN RESPONSE: "Dan, sir, I apologize if I came off crass earlier, I have nothing but the best intentions for your house in mind and we will get you made whole expeditiously and your job will shine. In regards to the workers, in the state of Florida, Morgan Exteriors insurance company requires that all of our workers be independently insured under their own entity. The siding crew that was at your home today has his own insurance under his own company name but has done work solely for Morgan Exteriors as an in house contractor for 4 years now. We use our own contractors that are independently licensed and insured per the agreement with our insurance company." They did a great job. I had some problems with the screen and they came back each time. It took them three times to fix it. Each person did not quite seem to get it, but on the third try they got it. I have not had any problems since. They did a very nice job, they were very customer oriented, and very friendly.

Promised insulation didn’t get was on estimate

I have had extremely good service from the installers for Morgan Exteriors. The only issue I have had is with the length of time to get in the materials. Because of the COVID pandemic it took some time to get the windows ordered and installed. After that it was an additional 6 to 8 weeks before the siding was delivered. The installer are great. The windows were done in 1 day, but it took a week or two before the County Inspector was available to sign off on the permit. As for the siding and soffit work, the installers are doing such a professional and thorough job. They should have everything completed by the end of next week.

From start to finish, they were "OUTSTANDING."

On time and cleaned up after themselves

Morgan Exteriors did a great job installing rain gutters and down spouts on our home. They even informed me that the 6" gutters I requested, a quote on and had already obtained other bids on were not large enough to handle the job, they were right. As we have a large steel roof the amount of run off is unreal when there is a hard rain. They installed 7" gutters and larger downspouts. It certainly was the right decision to go with the 7" gutters and have Morgan Exteriors install them. I definitely recommend Morgan Exteriors.

The installers were courteous,efficient & cleaned up very well when they were done. The office staff has always been very helpful whenever I’ve called with a question.

Sorry but no because it took almost 2 months to get the permit after calling and being lied to! I called Hernando permits to find out Wendy never paid the permit fee! And I was told that wasn't way by a manager and then Wendy called me back to say they just paid the permit fee! Wendy also said she contacted me on dates that she never called!! I don't like being lied to

The installers were on time, very pleasant (even with putting up with my crazy dogs who wanted to be at their feet), and completed the job rapidly and thoroughly. I am looking forward to cooler weather so I can open my new windows and enjoy the fresh air.
