The basic estimate and work quality were very good. I am very happy with that. The only thing I wasn't happy with was the extra work that was done and the cost of materials and labor. I never saw any receipts, and I didn't see anybody around checking to make sure the people were doing the job, how long it took, or any of that kind of thing.

They were very easy to talk to. The supervisor of the crew was easy to talk to. I think they saved me as much money as they could. It was an old building with a lot of rot. They put a lot of the wood together. Given the price of lumber right now, it was what I expected. The job looks great.

The onsite crew was amazing. They were very professional and cleaned up everything everyday before they left. They even went around with a large magnet to make sure that there were no nails left behind. Our roof was not an easy one. Very steep and with gables and a touret and everything came out great. We also added skylights and a sun tunnel and the placement and installation was perfect. I would use them agian.

Moriarty's Roofing was professional throughout the process. All questions were answered promptly and professionally. All appointments were punctual and on time. Extremely satisfied with the work.

The work crew did a great job with the roof, but also protecting my pond and yard from debris. Clean up was very good. At the end of the day, items were grouped and organized to be out of the way. The manager/crew listened to my concerns and worked accordingly.

They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. They consulted with me about any changes or details routinely and kept the job site very clean on the exterior. Although I am not a landscaper, I had to rake afterwards. But they can't take away the dust. I am very happy with the way things worked. It was a giant project so there were a couple of glitches. They have been handling those very well. I have no real complaints!

Areas For Improvement - I think there could have been more communication as to when to expect workers to be on site and for how long.Had to have a call-back for roofing nails left on the driveway. They cleaned it up right away!I also think the foreman or other supervisor should do a site visit the last day to walk through the job with the customer.
