I couldn’t be happier. I’d gotten an estimate from “Denver’s Best Window & Siding Company” (you can determine who that might have been), and the price for just the siding was twice what Mountain View quoted. Given the difference in price, we opted for Mountain View and heeded Scott’s recommendation that we also replace all the soffit and fascia, gutters and downspouts, and his price was STILL $9,000 less than the “best” company’s.

The team that Scott assembled was great to work with. Their workmanship was outstanding, professional and always about giving our project their utmost attention along with economic effectiveness.

Mountain View Corporation did a great job in redoing the siding and windows for my house. During the middle of the installation they discovered a problem with the siding product and stood behind it and had new siding shipped in and removed the faulty siding and made good on all work. The house looks absolutely awesome. When I sold the house a year later it sold for $35K over the asking price. I think the outside made that much of an impression on the new buyers. Highly recommend these folks.

We were very pleased with the project until the very end. I had met with a number of contractors, and Scott was by far the most knowledgeable and the one we felt most comfortable with. He took the time to answer our questions, ensure we were getting what we wanted, and kept us informed about the progression of the work. We found him to be very professional. As with any major project, the job site was messy, but given the speed of completion, we were not bothered by it. The quality of work was excellent. However, the crew did not reattach the water line to the evaporative cooler to the new siding. I notified Scott, and he promised to send someone. A few weeks later, I emailed Scott, and he promised to send someone to do so the following week. No one showed up. I emailed again. No response, nor has there been one since then (at least 3-4 weeks ago). We are disappointed. I paid the full invoice, trusting that the very last item would be taken care of given the high level of professionalism we'd experienced. Then, a contractor who happened to be on the roof informed us that there were several pieces of wood on the roof as well as many nails. The clean up of the roof was not good.

Scott of Mountain View Corp was always willing to listen and address concerns with our project and explain details to us. He was very nice to work with. We had some problems with the window panes because of the manufacturer. It took a long time, but Scott followed through and made sure we got the replacement panes. The construction crew was very competent and paid attention to detail and responded to details we brought to their attention. Overall we were very pleased.

They came out and did what they said they would do. They also met the timeframe that they gave us and we were very happy with the project.

I was extremely pleased with all facets of my dealings with Mountain View Corporation, from initial contact with Scott until and after construction was complete. From beginning to end we have been very pleased with our experience. Scott is honest and direct, his bid was very reasonable compared to the competition and there was no pressure at all. He and John came out to check on the progress of the project multiple times, and just like the crew on site they are approachable and easy to work with.

Mountain View and the crew worked diligently to get the re-siding project done and done well. The crew was on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. As with all construction projects, if you want to make sure certain things get done, you need to be present and proactive because the crew does work fast and diligently so decisions have to made quickly. I am satisfied with Mountain View's work, but the lack of communication and inconsistent customer coordination would make me hesitant to give a wholehearted recommendation. For someone prepared to be proactive in overseeing their project and be there to step in, ask questions, and make decisions, Mountain View is well worth considering. For someone without the time or desire to be present and involved during construction, I would be concerned. The crew works fast. If the owner isn't present at critical times to intervene, I am not confident they would be consulted on decisions they should be involved in.

Residing a house is a substantial financial investment meant to last decades, so I put a lot of time into finding a contractor that knew what they were doing and followed all of the manufacturer's installation guidelines, and found that with Mountain View Corporation. They did a great job from start to finish and I'm very satisfied by the finished product, the workmanship involved and the entire process.

The installation had taken a little longer than anticipated. The project manager kept us posted on their progress, and addressed all of my concerns.

Scott and his crews did excellent work! We live in the mountains, however, which has made it hard for him to come up to do the little things that keep a project moving, so the project took far longer than any of us thought.
