The workers did an amazing job. When it comes to roofing, they are very professional. They know what they are doing.

I got several bids but I took Mr Roofing even tho they were the highest quote. But I felt they would do the best job. I’m happy with the results. 😇

The crew was fine. Workmanship was good. My problems were with the owners, office staff and sales.

I chose Mr Roofing for our reroofing job even though they weren’t the lowest bid because I wanted someone who could also take down and replace (and repair!) our solar array and coordinate the waterproofing so we wouldn’t compromise our brand new roof. They discovered a lot of dry rot and it ended up being a more extensive job than anticipated, but they were extremely professional and communicative throughout. Both the sales and field teams were supportive throughout the process and assisted with getting financing for the project as well. I feel that the premium we paid for the work was worth the high level of professionalism and workmanship they displayed, and I feel confident that our new roof is going to last a very long time.

Then a detailed plan and estimate was provided. After scheduling to my requested time frame and schedule alignment, Marvin and his team came in to perform the work. Marvin was an excellent communicator and kept me informed of every step and action taken both verbally and with ongoing photos of the work being done. The work was completed on time with expert finishing. The area was kept clean and debris free. I would highly recommend Mr. Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

About 15 years ago we hired Mr. Roofing to replace part of our roof and put in a skylight. It looked great, the crew was very professional and left the place clean at the end of each day. This year when we needed to have the rest of our roof replaced, there was no question who we wanted to do the work. It's an old house and whenever there is work we get surprises. Mr. Roofing overcame many (MANY) obstacles and took it all in stride.

Also, they have the newest technology to assess the roof, leaks, etc.

They could not get to my roof to fix it in time before the storm because it was leaking; they sent someone to patch a hole until they could do the roof and did not charge me for the patching. No other roofing company will do that. They will not patch a hole before a storm, and Mr. Roofing did so, which I greatly appreciated.

The quality and service were absolutely phenomenal. The only reason I would subtract 2 points is because the price is higher than some competitors.

Mr Roofing solved first time a persistent leak on a complex design (rooftop deck) that our prior contractor had failed to solve in multiple attempts over a two year period! They beat their promised timeline, and even showed up on short notice several times after the project was completed and fully paid to coordinate details with other contractors working on the site. Highly recommend!! Will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Mr. Roofing uses very specific material that would not be right for certain types of roofs so whether I'd recommend them would be dependent on that.

Staff extremely professional; prompt, went 'above and beyond' in notifying my neighbors about the duration of the project with their contact information. The project manager had customized a scalloped border between the roof edges of one neighbor's and mine, which he showed both of us prior to installing it.

I called Mr. Roofing for this job because of the new roof I had installed on my home. This time, the call was for my rental home, which during the storm on October had a leak into my garage and kitchen. Both times, Mr. Ricardo Molina was my contact from Mr. Roofing. And both times he was very clear about the work to be done, materials, best practices and time frame. This time, he again came in a very short time and was able to convince my insurer with the photos he took and the explaintion of work that the roof work should be covered under my insurance. It was quite a savings.

Overall the experience was a good one. There was a delay due to an incorrect order size that pushed the completion behind another two months. It's not clear whose mistake that was (the roofing company or the skylight company) but it was corrected as soon as possible.

I was very impressed with the quality of the work, the knowledge of the employees as well as work ethic.

All I can say is "very professional and organized"! From inside of the office to the outside crew. From start to finish.

The whole process was seamless in a difficult build.

The estimate from Mr. Roofing was the most thorough and detailed of all the estimates I received. While the price was on the higher end, after all my interactions with other potential roofers I was very confident in moving forward with Mr. Roofing. The sales rep was responsive to my multiple inquiries and very knowledgeable, taking time to reply in depth about the questions I had regarding the estimate and how it compared to the others I received. When the work was being done, the job site supervisor was excellent about keeping me informed, keeping everything on time, and went above and beyond with clean-up and requests I had along the way. I have already recommended Mr. Roofing to neighbors who asked about my experience.

Overall, the service has been great. There has been an issue with communication and under the scene issues that couldn't have been helped. There are some unresolved issues, but I can't fault the customer service team for their intention to resolve the outlined issues.

Overall, Mr Roofing did an excellent job with our roofing and solar installation, so I would recommend them to others. There were some areas that could be improved regarding communication and resolution of issues, which took a bit longer than I expected. There were a few occasions when things went wrong, for example the roof wasn't sealed properly over the weekend while it was under construction, and we had water leaking into the house, but Roberto came out in the middle of the night to fix it. We haven't had any issues since the roof was finished though, and it looks excellent and well constructed - hopefully it will last a long time!

They were recommended by a friend. A team member checked our roof with a drone and said it did not need replacement. Most roofers would have said we need a new roof. They did cover our garage roof with a strong material. Everything done on time (actually earlier) and correctly. Very professional and friendly group.
