I had a kitchen faucet leak that damaged the kitchen flooring, island cabinet that housed the kitchen sink and the rec room ceiling below. They fixed the rec room first by redoing the ceiling, painting the ceiling and walls, and cleaning the carpet. Next, they rebuilt the cabinet and matched the laminate perfectly, installed the flooring that I picked out, and repainted the kitchen. They also did some extra work for me like installing two more ceiling lights and another counter to match the existing counter at a very reasonable price. I would use them again.

My insurance company recommend MWM Cleaning and Restoration for my water leak. The leak originated in my upstairs main bathroom(coming from a bad bushing behind the tub drain). MWM did an excellent job with the water remediation, drywall install, and painting. The first day three people came out to help. One person took readings with an instrument that detects moisture behind the drywall, the other person cut out the area of the damaged drywall, and the other person was handling clean-up, dehumidifier and fan set up. After a few days they came back and got the equipment. A week later, because I didn't want the hole closed up right away, a two man crew took care of drywall install and painting. It took them about 3 hours to drywall and paint. They were able to match my ceiling and wall paint perfectly. I can't tell that the leak even happened. I am super picky about seamless drywall and they did an amazing job. Very friendly and efficient workers. Craig helped me with my paperwork. He was super helpful and made what would be a super annoying problem, be less painful. I'm happy to know they are willing to come back and help me paint other rooms in my house when I am ready. MWM Restoration came quickly to my aid when my shower leaked. They fixed the water damage and restored my kitchen to the original condition.

Project Manager provided excellent service and communication. He always responded to my question quickly. All areas of the repair; roof, wood floors, bathroom tile, wall repair, paint, and cleaning were performed by skilled professionals selected M.W.M. All work finished ahead of schedule, I've heard working with building contractors was difficult, but M.W.M made our experience very pleasant.

I really, really, really liked them; they were very professional, and if I had a question, they answered them. I would recommend them to anyone, and I would use them again.

I was hoping to get a good quality restoration, but what I ended up with was a company that shortcut at every opportunity. I would have been better off hiring out myself.

The staff were courteous, the work was expertly done, the staff were on time.

I began work with MWM after a water leak caused damage to my ceiling and hardwood floors. My insurance company placed the job with MWM, so I didn't have a chance to research beforehand. The initial inspector who came out was great, but once the project started, it was a mess. - While the crew was working in my home, it was a MESS. Some mess is understandable, but there were literal piles of garbage on the floor. They constantly left the toilet seat up, left footprints on my coffee table (why are you standing on my table?), handprints on the refrigerator. It just made me feel like they had no respect for my home. - The project manager was consistently late, both to meet with me and to order items/start work. He would also be out of touch for a while and then pop up and ask to meet me right away, not seeming to understand that I have a job and have to plan things ahead of time. - The project manager ordered the wrong flooring and then insisted that what I requested didn't exist. When I found the correct flooring and showed it to him, he replaced it but not after trying to convince me to keep the wrong flooring he had already installed. When he finally did order the correct floor, he hadn't measured properly so he didn't have enough material. - During the process of replacing the floor, the crew left marks all over the walls, left glue on the kitchen counter/oven/washing machine, small holes in the walls, broke my dining room light fixture and then seemed confused as to how it happened (??), and chipped the tile on my bathroom floor, which then had to be replaced.I began work with MWM after a water leak caused damage to my ceiling and hardwood floors. The one thing I didn't realize was that the house doors would be left open for the workers to go outside to cut pieces of flooring and trim. One of my cats ran out and hasn't been seen since. I think coyotes got him. Also, Mohammud overestimated how long the project would take by about twice a much. I realize you don't know what you're going to run into, but the process was much, much shorter and smoother than I was led to expect.

Because of a previous planned vacation to Florida in February of 2017, we had to postpone the work until our return. I have questions about the finishing things which I'm not familiar with and I don't know who to talk to about that.

I was very disappointed with the Service and communication with MWM. At first a damaged cabinet was installed and I was pressured/harassed to sign a “Certificate of Satisfaction” form before the work was completed. Finally, after the insurance adjusted contacted the company and the damaged cabinet was removed and a new cabinet was installed. The trim around the sliding glass door was not removed and replaced and workers had to come back a second time to complete the job. Finally, a wall was damaged and I was told that the workers could “paint” over the damage. I could paint a damaged wall myself. Why can’t the damaged wall be repaired before painted? Very disappointed with the communication and the work that was done in my basement.

Everything was done timely. They showed up on time with their schedules. I was completely satisfied.
