My Guys Remodeling did an outstanding job on our house siding, windows, and painting. My Guys skillfully anticipated our different needs and requirements. They were very flexible and provided valuable insights for handling the different aspects of the project, especially the oversized picture windows that we purchased for installation. For the windows, My Guys worked with the third party vendor to coordinate installation and handling, ensuring everything went smoothly. We would not hesitate to recommend My Guys to anyone as we are confident in their service, skills, and knowledge. Additionally, they are pleasant and fun to work with.

Excellent work. Crew was very professional. Communication was excellent. To be honest, the big selling point was the salesman, Dave, who brought samples of the windows and materials they use. He provided a brochure for the windows with the details I needed to feel comfortable. They provided an itemized quote with details. I did get quotes from other contractors, but their quotes were just a bottom-line number with no details. When questioned about windows, they just pointed me to websites. Not My Guys. If I had questions, they had answers. Joe, Shane, Bobby and the crew where great to work with. I would definitely consider them again for future work.

Thanks MyGuys Remodeling for removing the anxiety from an otherwise stressful experience. The local woodpeckers started boring holes in our Masonite siding to get at the insulation beneath for nesting material. Not good. Flex Tape only goes so far when it comes to repairing siding, and we’re expecting another active storm season. We decided that all the Masonite siding needed to go away.I contacted four vendors about replacing the Masonite 4X8 panels on our Tudor home, and received a range of results: slow response, balking at the project scope, scheduling issues, overcharging. Of the four vendors only MyGuys Remodeling responded promptly without objecting to any of my requests.Project Scope:Replace the 4X8 Masonite stucco panels with the Hardie Plank pre-painted equivalent. Sounds pretty simple, right? I mean, if you are a siding company, then this should pretty much be your bread-and-butter.Anyway, for some reason, I got resistance from most of the vendors in two areas:• They didn’t like the stucco panels. (How do you put siding on a Tudor house without them?)• They wanted to paint them. (Ok, but I thought Hardie was really pushing the benefits of their Color Plus technology.)Then thirdly: they wanted $$$$ to do the job, and they couldn’t fit the project in until … sometime way in the future.My Guys Remodeling, in contrast• Ordered the Color Plus panels without any issues. • Schedule our project earlier than anticipated.• Came in with a quote well under the other quotes.So that was a win-win-win.The considerate and conscientious My Guys crew maintained a professional and clean worksite. They provided their own port-o-let, so they never needed to come inside our home. (More of a concern during this era of social distancing.) After completing the project, they removed all of the debris.They also completed the project from beginning to end in about a week. After researching various windows, we decided that the Vytex Potomac series would be an excellent choice. The positive customer service experience began with Judy and Dave at the Raleigh home show. They were incredibly knowledgeable, sincere and helpful. Dave and Joe followed up with on-site visits to measure and provide trim solutions to ensure a quality finished look. The install team, Daniel and Charlie, were quite competent and meticulous in their work. Whole house window replacement can be daunting but the My Guys Remodeling team took all of the pain out of it. Once scheduled, the MyGuys installation team were timely and efficient. Our job included residing and replacing 33 windows and 3 doors at a 3100 sqft house and garage. The team worked from 7:30 until dark each day. They found several problems that had been covered or hidden by the last vinyl siding replacement and corrected each of them (at agreed upon costs). The house looks great with the new finishes.

All the work was professional, they were clean and we are very happy with the finished product. We have gotten lots of complaints from the neighbors on the workmanship of it.
