I will never recommend you to anybody. The salesman came and we signed a contract inside the house. We got outside the house and decided the color should be changed and he never changed it on the contract. I do not have the color I wanted on the trim. You put the window in 2 months ago and did not caulk it up because it would be easier to change the trim color. You are not changing the trim. I have a window that has been unsealed, put in by you for two months. Now the thing is warped and will not shut and seal properly. I guess you are coming Wednesday to fix that part.
