Areas For Improvement - They didn't fall short of my expectations at all. The only reason I gave a 3 rating for the workmanship was that I called back for a piece of flashing that wasn't secured. I alerted the main office, and she sent them back in three or four days. Overall, I was very satisfied with them. They arrived like clockwork. There were no issues with the cleanup. They kept it clean, worked very efficiently, and didn't take many breaks, and only a brief lunch break. They were efficient in getting it done in one business day, which was about a 10 or 11-hour day. My husband and I were very satisfied.

Areas Of Satisfaction - I was most satisfied with the process for scheduling. They had a complete process for the schedule, and they had the main office to do that. They were very professional and responsive, and that was helpful. He was very helpful and explained each step and what they were doing and answered any questions, and he gave recommendations for other things that were not part of the job that we might want to consider down the road, but not part of what we contacted for. The workers were quite efficient, and the whole process was very good. The foreman recommended one gutter in the back of the home that we should consider replacing. We didn't have to, but did follow that, and it was helpful. We didn't need any gutters, but just the one if we chose to process. Those are examples of why we were very satisfied with them.

Current Referrals - On the day of work, one of my neighbors inquired about the company. We have given them one referral. The neighbors have noticed. One neighbor asked and I have said I would give Nasco to anyone else. I don't know of anyone else needed roofing.

Recognized Excellence - I would like to recognize Heatherlee Finken, the office manager in the main office of Monroeville, PA. She was very nice to work with. After the one issue with the flashing I spoke to her, and she was very helpful, professional and friendly. Heather is someone I would especially recommend.

Additional Comments - Because Heather was very responsive, I had two final bids for our roof replacement, and it made a key difference. Heather made the key difference. The other bid was competitive, and maybe it was not as good of a roof. I went with Nasco in the end, as the other company was not as responsive, and didn't circle back and say whether they could schedule. Heather got right back to me, and made sure I understood. She asked me if I had anything to be clarified and that is important to share. Some of these companies are not responsive. Nasco has a key contact, and I am a working lady and didn't have time to be passed around, and Heatherlee got right back to me. She scheduled quickly. At first, it was a couple of weeks. Then she called back and said she could get us in earlier. Those are examples which made a key difference and I knew Nasco the way to go.

I would give them a 10. Today contractors don't do what they say and this company does what they say they are going to do from the beginning to the end.
