National Fire & Water Repair is NOT a franchise. We are locally owned and employ your friends and neighbors. Our profits, taxes and wages are spent and invested locally. We purchase materials and services from LOCAL suppliers and contractors. Many franchises send profits out of state in the way of franchise fees and they must purchase equipment and materials out of state which hurts our local economy.
We are proud of this area and we believe in giving back. Both management and employees contribute to local charities and regularly participate in community events such as Relay for Life, Heart Walk and the United Way campaign. Other organizations we support are The Salvation Army, St. Jude's Children's Hospital, American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, Alzheimer's research, Goodwill and Someplace Safe. The project manager seemed very disinterested in the work needing to be done on my home. They would send a team one day a week. The crew would work half of the day and I would have to call them to ask when someone would return to my home. I felt like I became the project manager.

They did everything so nice. They were neat. I had them come back to touch up some paint.I could see that they varnished some wood and I could see that some of the paint did not cover up all the areas.So the man came back and touched it up and it was perfect. I was very satisfied with the work. I have skylights that leak. They had to replace the lights and I had to pay $400. They went ahead and put all new wood in, stained it , and varnished it. When it was up I noticed a few areas that didn't have stain on it . So I called them. Paul came back, got up on the ladder and touched it up . Now it looks great.
