This team was so responsive when my basement flooded! The first few hours is so important and they had the water cleaned up and walls cut right away. My lower level was basically brand new when it flooded and I was pretty upset. The owner assured me “When we are done I promise you won’t be able to tell anything happened.” It was hard to believe but wow. They cut and did demo work as if they were doing an installation. All clean lines cut from the drywall and additional fans and extra dehumidifiers. They didn’t take any chances to ensure there wasn’t a mold issue down to road. After all of the flooring, drywall and insulation was removed and I went downstairs and it was basically spotless! It was swept clean and aside from the obvious it was tough to tell the disaster had happened. The owner prides himself on having his name on his work. While mine was drying out a friend of mine had had an incident at their home too. I recommended NEDR and they went to their home…same result. Great company!

Great service and friendly people. They came as soon as they could after the insurance company contacted them. We were informed of the process from the beginning. They showed genuine interest in helping us resolve the aftermath of the flood and making it less stressful. Really appreciate it!

Very prompt and professional service. Chris was out to house same day and arranged for fans and dehumidifiers next day. Entire crew worked quickly and efficiently with demo. Definitely recommend.

Efficient crew, very informative, showed up on time, very clean process and worked hard to protect my belongings while demolishing walls and windows.

I was going to hire another company that offered the same work. The reason I took it because was because the insurance offered the company. The insurance company wanted to make me happy. The insurance company said they have this company, and when it happened, I didn't know what to do. I picked them because the insurance recommended the company. I never let them finish everything. Whatever the guys did, they took everything away. I did it myself and it was a lot of work.

Every single member of NE Disaster Restoration was courteous, professional and frankly, great to have around! They went beyond the basics on every level to assure my satisfaction.

I probably would not recommend them. It is unfortunate, I had a lot of work to do on the exterior of the house and I was looking for a competent contractor.
