The work was done quickly and professionally.

I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were very competitively priced and always available to answer any questions that I had. They were flexible on their scheduling and were always here on the days they said they would be here. They were able to finish the entire roof in about a day and a half. I was very impressed with them.

Yes. I already did.

They seemed like they would be good. I used them to install a standard shingle roof and a flat roof over my deck. The shingles look nice but the flat roof is patched together, the seams are not tight and it’s rippled. After choosing to put it down in a windstorm, it ended up crooked and rippled with a patched hole. Instead of coming out a replacing they came out and cut it all to pieces and patched it back together. Now it looks like a patchwork quilt, the edges are frayed and look like they are likely to lift and leak. Then they tried to blame me and said the roof was dipped, but when I put a bored on it, it was flat. Finished product is still rippled so rain won’t run off correctly and looks terrible. I gave him several chances to admit his laziness and fix the errors but he became stubborn and basically said he would not fix it. Really terrible company. I will be happy to provide photos. I’ll be posting them on my Google review. It makes me wonder what kind of job they did on the underlayment of the shingled part.

Replacing a roof is a big expense. We read a lot of Google reviews on other roofing sites and the reviews were mixed for every company. We received a recommendation from a friend to go with Neil Milne Roofing, and from our very first meeting we felt they were exceptionally knowledgable and had integrity. Every step along the way, any question we had, they addressed completely and we always felt very assured that we had chosen the right company to replace our roof. They held to their schedule, despite it being winter, and replaced our roof in one day. They made what could have been a highly stressful situation a complete pleasure!! Thank you seems inadequate to the work they provided, but if anyone else reads this --- call Neil Milne Roofing! They are the best!! All

Creww showed up when promised, each crew member know his/her job and proceeded to work quickly.Very satified with the job, completed, then proceeded to do a complete cleanup.

We needed to replace 29 years old shingles badly de-granulating. Over 2 years period we received estimates for the re-roofing job from various contractors. These estimates either omitted or partially address our needs about roof ventilation, gutters, and skylight. In the second year of searching for roofing contractor Neil Milne Roofing was recommend to us.Neil was sensitive to our needs and clearly specified what would be done to make it correct. We had a good conversation about all aspects of the job. The cost of the whole job was competitive, but we got more value for the “buck” considering corrected ventilation outlet, new skylight, color matching flashing, professionally installed shingles, and well positioned gutters. The inspection, estimate, scheduling, job, and cleanup all were of outstanding quality.The crew led by Devin was well organized and efficient.

Guys did a great job put tarps around the entire house after they were done they actually wlaked around with magnets to get any nails they may have missed. after 2 weeks i only found 2 nails i was supper impressed with the guys
