We were very pleased doing business with Neligan Construction and Roofing. The team that replaced our roof were polite, professional and did a good job from start to finish, including cleaning the grounds. The team arrived when I was told they would and worked hard and long for two days to get the job done. This was important for me as I live at the end of the street with limited parking and driveway space. The dumpster they used was delivered the evening before the job and removed first thing in the morning after the work was completed.

Neligan's people made the entire re-roofing, from beginning to end, a straightforward and rational process. Once I made color and detail decisions (with their advice), they did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. When the work was done, there were several follow-up calls to insure the debris was all picked up and that I was satisfied. This is what Customer Service looks like.

Neligan Construction and Roofing responded very quickly to my needs, whereas some other companies greatly failed me. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did exactly what they promised to do and the price was very reasonable.

I selected Neligan Roofing to do our reroof because they're a local company with excellent reviews. They did not disappoint. The workmanship was excellent, and they were a pleasure to deal with, including flexibility on price. They're the only roofing company I know of that brings a porta-John to the work site. Several months after Neligan installed the Owens Corning Tru-Definition Duration shingles, I noticed what I considered to be excessive particle loss. When I emailed Neligan with my concerns, they immediately sent a rep out to remove and replace 2 shingles, which they sent to Owens Corning for analysis. Within several weeks, Owens Corning sent a technician to inspect the roof. Within a month, Owens Corning declared the shingles defective. Neligan went back to work, and as of August, I have a brand new roof again. I never once had to contact Neligan to inquire about the process - they always updated me, and they never gave me any push-back. They also stayed on top of Owens Corning. We didn't pay a penny for the new roof. Their installation crew was top notch, and I had no damage to the house during the reroof. I've worked with a lot of contractors over the years, but none have been as professional and skilled as Neligan. For someone who needs a new roof or repairs, I can't recommend Neligan Roofing highly enough.

Wonderful experience with Neligan Construction! Brian Neligan helped us navigate the insurance process and we had to deal with our insurance company denying the claim. Brian was very patient and we finally got our new roof installed. Neligan Construction made our frustrating insurance experience into a wonderful result! I would highly recommend them! Everyone on the team was excellent to deal with! Juan took great care of our home as the roof was installed and meticulously cleaned up the job site. We are very happy customers!!!

Great company and service was amazing!

I was so impressed with the service I received from Neligan Construction and Roofing! When they came to give me a quote they were punctual. It was raining and they were there and let me know they were there and would get started when the rain stopped. After he finished, he sat down and explained the process and the materials. I was able to choose the color of the the tile at no extra charge. The workers come and the job was completed in one day. I am 100% satisfied with the quality of the work and the customer service that I have received. They are even installing my gutters. Neligan Construction was very thorough in all of their work and all of their men, crew, and staff was very professional. They helped me decide on materials to use and they were very knowledgable on everything. I was extremely satisfied with the workmanship and the quality of the work that they did.

Staff communicates well and work occurred efficiently and with high quality. We did not bring it up to the company, so it shouldn't affect their rating, but we had a bush flattened and piece of fence that was broken, but otherwise a terrific job. They warned us there would be nails, so we went around after them with a magnet and picked up more, and even after this there were still more. I'm sure anyone who's had a house re-roofed knows the nails are never-ending.

The roof crew that came out and did my roof were awesome. They were very good. They put the roof on with no problems. Very professional guys and I would highly recommend the company to anybody.

Prior to having my roof being replaced I had researched several roofing companies in addition to Neligan. I selected Neligan for three reasons: 1. The company was local, 2. I was impressed with the owner's (Mr. Brian Neligan) knowledge of the roofing business and that he answered all of my questions and concerns, and 3. That no money was expected from me until the job was completed. Special Note: Mr. Neligan is an US Army veteran as well as myself. I place a lot of faith in fellow veterans who stand behind the words, "Duty!, Honor!, Country!"
