Had some issues with materials and currently when you look at the roof it looks as if there is an area of material missing; an area that is not black like the rest of the roof. This area goes from the roof above the garage and transition to the main roof of the house. I told them if something was missing and was told no but waiting to see if we begin to get water in the house during rain showers. Fingers crossed that is does not.

I called them, and their assistant company said there was nothing they could do. I am already disgusted with their attitude and customer service. I would not recommend this company as I had a bad experience from the beginning. Didn't come when expected , not even a call. I called themand they said they would come the next day t 9 or 9:30 diddn't come till after that. They sent two men that didn't speak a word of english and diddn't understand me and I didddn't understand them. I should have cancelled at that time but I let them go ahead and do the job.

They showed up on time and diligently performed all the jobs they needed to in a good time. I am very satisfied with the quality of the door and work performed!
