I am completely satisfied with the work on my roof replacement project. The workers were very professional, kept the site safe and clean and did a terrific job. There were challenges due to the proximity of the neighboring houses and they were able to work around the lack of space. New Look fairly addressed unforeseen issues that developed during the project, such as rotted wood beams on the porch under old aluminum cladding, and completed the project as scheduled.I am looking forward to the siding project I have scheduled with New Look. I highly recommend the company.

The New Look Home Exteriors managers and workers were well organized, communicated effectively, and got the job finished quickly and efficiently. One minor problem during the installation was damage to two window screens during the removal of our old roof. The screens were removed by the construction manager, taken to his shop and returned and re-installed before the end of the work day. I appreciated the quick response to this problem.

Extremely pleased with my new roof! The experience with both the company and the crew was wonderful. Zack was thorough, professional, and honest during the initial appointment. The best part was that I did not feel pressured or forced, and Zack was patient and helpful throughout the entire experience. Zack even set up multiple visuals in order to picture what color pattern would best fit my house. The crew was timely and nice. The cleanup was amazing, and the installation of the roof had my neighbors gawking on the street not even five minutes after the crew departed. Very happy with how the Owens Corning shingles looks! And lastly, the owner, Jake, was present multiple times before and after the roof installation to ensure the quality of the work and even did a second cleanup sweep to guarantee all debris and nails were removed. Would absolutely hire New Look again for future remodeling needs!

All the staff members were pleasant and worked very hard. They did a few extra touches that I didn't expect such as painting an exhaust vent that they could not replace and cleaning the the front gable area. They were professional, cleaned everything up nicely, and the manager/owner came back to check on things and make sure that we were satisfied. A few of our neighbors mentioned that they were impressed with their work also. It looks beautiful!
