On balance, I feel that this project was weel spent. While clearly not the least expensive option, the value of services and materials justified the cost.

Newpro is expensive. For this price the lack of quality is alarming. They had to send a crew back to make some corrections. Some of the issues were resolved at that time, but other issues cropped up. Some of the things they were supposed to fix simply were glossed over. Terrible communication from start of project and throughout. They will have to come back again to make more corrections.

I had two design consultants visit my home for my windows. They were friendly and professional, however they basically dangled the
“Carrot” in front of me with regards to the money I would save if I signed up that day and only that day. You’re putting out a lot of money and they….won’t….give you any time to mull it over, at least 24-48 hours would be appropriate. These sales tactics, I did not appreciate at all! Measurements were done a couple days later and the widows arrived in about 4-5 weeks. The installation crew arrived about 1/2 hour early which was great. These guys were fantastic, worked together like a well oiled machine! All 16 windows were installed in one day, they kept on top of trash outside and vacuumed inside when they were done, leaving the place spotless. I’ve remodeled the entire outside of my house and the windows finish the job, they are a beautiful addition to my home.

The company is reputable, and the salespeople are efficient; the product is high quality, and the workers are high quality and professional. The timeliness is good if the product is affordable because the product is expensive.

NEWPRO was on time, very professional, and did a great job.

Turned out great after salesrep base measurement error was corrected. We had to go 2 weeks with a torn up shower while the custom base was remade. It was worth it in the end though!

Very satisfied with the product and the installation.. everything was done beautifully and timely and finished that you didn’t k ow you had anyone in your home at all.

The new pro installers were professional came on time kept me informed the entire time they were here cleaned up everything afterwards did a nice job

I love my new floors, but! I did not have many options to replace my floors. I needed to use a payment option. I chose your company because it offered a sale on installation and product. Available only for perfect credit situations. I have been charged triple the cost, plus financing charges. My fault for not letting myself be intimidated and desperate. But I do feel taken advantage of and for that reason I would not recommend your services.

The whole process was a nightmare! Leaking water, no timely action to fix it, needed ServPro to take apart my ceiling. Dry the room with fans for two weeks, couldn’t sleep in my bedroom for two weeks. Plumber blamed installer, installers supervisor never returned my calls until I emailed Marcy Katz. Then I was contacted by a “VP” who said he would help, he only had the courage to talk to me that one time and never returned 3 more calls I made to him to discuss the additional repairs, disruption to my home and his joke of a plumbing supervisor. From start to finish the whole experience was handled badly by NewPro. I would never recommend them to anyone ever for anything,.

Very happy with the work performed and done in my home. Excellent no complaints if I wasn’t here in this house in my home when these gentlemen came to my home to do the work, I would not believe who’s telling me. The story that I just told you they are fantastic. I would recommend your company Highly bringing all that attention to the two gentlemen and the lady that started this whole project for me yes yes yes yes I will recommend you.

NEWPRO is very expensive for the quality that it is.

It’s to expensive. They don’t give an itemized list of materials and the cost of each. Newpro has a good product and like my shower but they overcharge. The 2 guys, plumber and the man who did the work on the actual shower were great, timely, cleaned up after themselves and did good work.
Design consultants give a very high quote then say But if you agree to this project now they lower price by thousands of dollars. Very clear they over charge.

There was damage to the outside wall of my bathroom. There were nail holes and the sheet rock is crimped, and they were not there prior to the installation of the bathroom.

charged more than the national average for bathroom remodels without covering the cost of vanity or toilet and then had to pay additional on the spot for work done by plumbers, had scratches left in the tile floor, had a stain left on the carpet in the hallway, wasn't provide the shower head requested, had a leaky shower head installed instead,
