There were misunderstandings with pricing, and client expectations weren't clear.
They were very good. They went above and beyond. Anything I asked, they did.
They were on time and precise. The gentleman that placed the NEWPRO shower was great and organized. I can not say enough good about them. They are great.

I recommend them because the work is really excellent. I put 3 star because the price is inflated and no on on the crew speaks English. This probably gets them less expensive workers but it isn't good for the customer who can't communicate with anyone on the crew.

The job took longer than expected. There was a piece that was missing that could have been ordered sooner to make it so that the job did not take as long. There was also an issue with the boiler where I had to get my plumber in. There were a number of issues.
Because of certain things that had happened, I would advise people to check out all companies.

They did an excellent job and cleaned up well after the project.
The project was for the siding to be replaced on the back of the house only. Instead, they also removed siding on both sides of the house. Instead of offering a solution, they put the old siding back up that did not fit as well. We asked about it, and they offered us shutters opposed to fixing the problem we presented to them. They finally replaced the siding. We had to pay for the siding but not the labor after back and forth negotiations.
When I reached out about questions on my shower, I never heard back from anyone; I called my sales representative and the customer service number and no one has called me back. Now that they have my money, their customer service is not an important quality.
The salesman came in March, and it was cold. I told him I didn't want the floor done until April. He said that as fine, and I gave my $3000.00 deposit. When April came, I didn't hear from him, so I called. I didn't get a quick response. I called a couple more times. Apparently, I don't know if he got fired or quit. I didn't get another salesman. I finally got a wonderful guy, Jasper, and I would give him 100%. If it wasn't for him, I don't know what I would have done. I am 76 years old, and he helped me. May 13th is the day they came to do the floor, but it wasn't finished until September. The first set of guys put the wrong thresholds in. There were so many things. The guy that took the thresholds out, I would never hire him again. I did tell his boss. I want to be able to speak to the people that are in my home. Although they were very nice, they didn't understand me and I couldn't understand them. I asked Jasper if he could get someone here that speaks English. He said they didn't have that many English-speaking crews that do floors. I got so upset at one point I called the company and talked to Joshua Glicksman, the head of NEWPRO. He was very pleasant and probably said everything I wanted to hear. When I brought up the language barrier, he said they couldn't find any good help that spoke English. I don't know if I believe that. It seems like a lot of people need jobs. If you pay non-speaking people less money, I think American speaking people might not be able to get as much money from this company. Why is it from May to September, and not one person that came here spoke English. I would have to talk to their boss on the phone. When you are 76 it's very hard to do. I would call Jasper, and be really upset, and he would talk to me and make me feel better. Jasper was great. Joshua the head of everything didn't ever call me back to see how it was going. Kirsten, that did the financing, was great. Ruben, the last guy that came here, couldn't really speak English, but he treated my house as if he came to the Taj Mahal. He put down drapes and was unbelievably wonderful.
I had a bad experience with them, and I would not recommend them.
