It was a very easy from consultation to installation. The quality of the windows is very good; I like them a lot. They even had some new features that my previous ones did not have, such as being able to open and close them from both sides and I have screens now, so I am pretty excited about that too. I am very satisfied with the windows.

I had 2 concerns after the job was completed I never met the project manager did speak to him by phone regarding my concerns. I sent him the requested photos that was over a week ago and I have not heard back from him.
I also requested several times for an itemized invoice of my very expensive job. My salesman was unable to
produce the invoice after several
empty promises to produce an invoice. I finally had a conversation with a manager who explained why Alure does not share invoices Still a complicated reason for me to completely understand Alure’s reasoning. Because of my experiences I will not recommend Alure to family or friends. The group who completed my project were the best part of my experience with Alure. They were hardworking professional neat and completed my job in one day.

I felt that I paid a professional price but received a DIY installation.

We are very pleased with the two showers they installed! Nami (sp?) was terrific and the showers are beautiful. My only complaint is that we were not able to get a second opinion. That was not ok.

Initially I had left out the shower door option to make it more affordable to have the conversion done. I was told by the the sales reps that shower doors could always be installed later and all the conversions are built to accommodate shower doors whether at the time of conversion or later. Realizing now I prefer shower doors, I called to check pricing. I was then told both sidewalls would have to be removed to accommodate shower doors (but initially told all showers are built to accommodate doors) He then told me he "got them to waive the extra labor charge" but the doors alone are $3700.00 (about double of what I could even consider). When I expressed I could not afford that cost and asked if I could install doors myself, his reply was that all warranties would become null and void at that point. I don't understand how a shower door could impact the plumbing and mechanics and I feel like I was lied to after just spending $18k.

After the contract was signed, I had second thoughts regarding the price of the installation and the finance options.

I am very dissatisfied with the job they did for me. They came to do the job and messed up my bathroom. I have been calling them, and they keep giving me the runaround. This was in December, and now it's March. I think it is very unprofessional and not customer friendly.

They were friendly and polite. They explained the whole process from beginning to the end process. I felt the quality windows were superb though expensive. But was extremely happy with the job . So glad I didn't cheap out on the house . They will last a the life of the home .

I did not receive the shower handle that I had decided on. Instead I received the first one I chose. I have contacted Josh Gurney Sr Design consultant with no responses. Only after my husband called did he answer. We haven't heard from him since. I would like the faucet handle that I chose.

I enjoyed the work they did. The crew was so nice—very nice people to talk to—and they did an awesome job; it's beautiful.

Pricing should be more transparent. Felt pressured vs informed at the time of sale. The shower valve and fixtures were not as high quality as I was led to believe.

Speedy, high quality work, no mess

I had a great person with the initial visit, he was kind and seemed to understand. They said they were going to come and tarp my roof, and they did not do it and I got water in the attic, the ceiling and down the wall. I am angry about that. They added 3-4 thousand dollars for plywood, which I had not planned for it. There is an exhaust pipe coming out the roof, and they cut it off, and it can not be fixed. They did not even tell me they were going to cut it, also it was not necessary. I am very upset about the whole situation. They did my bathroom a couple of years ago and it was good. This roof is a whole other thing.

I am in the midst of getting ahold of someone on a manager level to communicate about a window issue. I have spoken to customer service but I am having trouble of getting in contact with someone on a higher level.

Everybody was very professional, courteous, and they were respectful of time. It was a positive experience overall, and I love my bathroom

NEWPRO does a very good job. They clean up after the job and it is profoundly done. The three windows that they put in, the room is so warm that the young man who was sleeping in there moved back in. He was sleeping in the living room before. They did a very good job with the insulation, and the windows are very warm. They are exceptional and they did a superb job.

I highly recommend them.

If you want quality and you're willing to pay for it, Newpro is your best bet.
