Good work. Too expensive!!!!

I WAS SO PLEASED WITH THE PERFORMANCE OF THE WINDOW INSTALLERS THAT I KNOW I WILL RECOMMEND NEWPRO TO MY CHUCH FRIENS AND FAMILY. THEY AE, BY FAR, THE BEST.

They offer great service, great products, and a knowledgeable staff.

Even thought this project became a problem that was not easily discovered and repaired, the company supplied excellent people, an excellent plumber and a very exellent repair person.

They were very efficient, and the work was done in a timely fashion.

They were unprepared. They sent seven guys to do a job that two carpenters could have done. Furthermore, they were sloppy. I couldn't believe these guys were American. They didn't speak English. One guy spoke English. The rest of them seemed like they were laborers, Guatemalan maybe. I liked the people. The guy across the street from me is Spanish. He has been here a while, and he runs his company like no one's business. He did our roof. I would recommend him to anyone. He has a couple of guys that don't speak English, which isn't a bad thing. I don't have any ill will towards foreigners. We just bought this house, and I just met this guy across the street. He did our roof and our fencing for the dog. I would have had him do our windows if he did that. My wife thought we were getting Anderson windows on this job.

My concerns are that the salesperson told me they would be able to cut the boards to meet my baseboards. The molding and the flooring board were not cut right down to the baseboard that already existed, and they were 1/4 inch short, and they didn't go down to the existing boards, so I have to do it. The installers did not speak English, and it was hard to communicate, and I am a contractor and speak with others with limited English.

I would encourage my friend or friends to shop around to secure a better price.

I tell people that I purchased the NEWPRO product. However, I let them know the products are good but expensive. It is not a cheap product.

I found NEWPRO as being a quality product.

There is space between the window and the screen where various bugs built their nest there for every window, which is disgusting.

NEWPRO is very professional, and very upfront about everything. Everything was done sooner than the deadline I was given, which was great. The customer service was great. I do hope they can work more on the financial side. They use a third party company. I wish that was more upfront and thorough on explaining how the finances work. I was told something different later on.

They provide quality customer care. I am satisfied with the work they did.

They were very responsive, even thought it took quite some time to complete the job. They were in the process of getting a new installer. Once they got the new installer, it was fine and they did an excellent job.

Our shower looks beautiful, functions perfectly & the window is very easy to open/close. The conversion exceeded our expectations!

Cost me 30,000 bucks for two tub to walk in shower conversions. Rip off but my own fault for not rejecting price. Told by Connor, company representative that it was fair price. What do you think? Then promised a 250 dollar visa gift card and didn’t come through. Never recommend New Pro!!!

I recommend them to my sister & her husband but because of the issues we had with the installation of the bay window they went with another company

Allure were very professional from sales to installation! Also very communicative so we knew what was happening and when! End result is a beautiful new kitchen that we love and is also very practical in the design! Staff were great !

Due to insurance issues, I needed a new roof installed quickly. Newpro was out for quotes within days, and the project was underway in the weeks to come. The end result beat my expectations, and I am happy with the work that went into it. The crew was quick without jeopardizing the quality, and the cleanup was swift and thorough.

I'm letting people see my project & make their own decision.
