The crew was professional and did an excellent job from start to finish, they came into my house covered everything so to reduce the amount of dust. They cleaned up after themselves as they moved along throughout my house. These guys are great and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them.

We replaced 6 windows on the south side and southeast corner of the house with impact resistant Low E windows. Our salesperson, Jeff, handled everything in the beginning and kept us informed. The installation of 3 windows went smoothly, but the picture window (3 separate pieces) had to be reordered for a better fit. From then on, we had positive ongoing communication with Amelia and Pat in Production; Denisse in Permitting; and Barbie and George in Service. Alan, Service, who did the caps and covers and cleaning, was extremely conscientious and did an excellent job. Linda and Kelly always answered the phone cheerfully and helpfully. Bottom line, we’re very happy with the windows and recommend NewSouth Window Solutions of Bonita Springs. We would use them again if we replace the remainder of the windows in the house.

After our experience with NewSouth, we feel compelled to share our honest thoughts. While we were impressed with the quality of the product, we found the overall process to be quite frustrating. Our encounter with the sales representative was marked by undue pressure, as we were rushed into making a decision without adequate time for consideration. Despite requesting a mere 24 hours to ponder our options, we were met with a pushy insistence that immediate action was necessary, citing fleeting offers and changing discounts.

The installation itself was passable, albeit with a few noticeable errors. Unfortunately, due to backordered doors, the installation sequence was disrupted, resulting in a haphazard door installation that left much to be desired. Issues such as a significant gap at the bottom of the front door and misaligned frames were hastily addressed with promises of a simple resolution, which regrettably never materialized.

Following the final installation, we awaited an inspection that never came to fruition. After reaching out, we were met with resistance from the service manager, who begrudgingly agreed to schedule an inspection, only to inform us of a subsequent delay due to existing issues requiring attention. This prolonged process of rectification, coupled with the subsequent delay in scheduling an inspection, left us feeling disillusioned.

While we remain satisfied with the quality of the product itself and believe it to be a worthwhile investment, we cannot overlook the inefficiencies and frustrations we encountered throughout the entire process with NewSouth. Our recommendation to prospective customers would be to proceed with caution, expecting potential delays and subpar customer service.

I would highly recommend New South Windows of Bonita Springs. From the start of the process with Joe, sales, explaining the difference in there windows to others etc to the installation of 10 hurricane impact windows last week by Enrigue and David. Amazing job. Highly recommend.

The windows are nice. Very nice. I loved the informative presentation that the representative gave. And I loved how well the company insured everything went. The only thing I would want you to be weary of especially if you got your blinds professionally installed as I did. I was forewarned that I needed to remove my blinds but was assured that my brackets could stay. However on the day of the installation the installers told me that they had to take them down. This was a problem for me as it would leave my home wide open to passers by after the installation was completed. This is the one and only bad situation that I encountered. I hope the company eventually reaches out to us for this concern.

They are professionally constructed windows that are energy efficient, impact resistance, and carry a lifetime warranty; and on top of all that they are nice looking and give our home even greater curb appeal. It took Ravi and Nick three days to install our 18 windows. When they finished the installation, we immediately noticed the energy efficiency of the windows. The new windows significantly kept the heat out from the direct sunlight; they kept the house cooler, even when the drapes, sheers, and blinds were open; and they dramatically cut down on the noise level from outside. After the city inspection, NewSouth Windows Solutions returned to install the window trim inside the house. Malcolm was the technician and did him job within an hour and also notice a small item on one of the windows was not working properly so he replaced it. Bottom line: We could not be any happier with our decision to go with NewSouth Window Solutions and would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

Communication between client and staff was poor. I had to contact them for updates and status of installation. Several trips were necessary by installers because they were not informed about job and did not have the necessary parts.

The signed contract agreement went over 18 weeks. I called multiple times and they came out to do poor quality work. I am still waiting for the doors to be installed. I am still waiting for them to make repairs to the poor quality window installation I received. I am hoping they will stand behind their word and fix the problem. It was stressful.

I will not recommend NewSouth Window Solutions to anybody. I don't appreciate them taking a sub off the job and leaving helpers to install my window when I paid 27,500 for 7 windows, 1 French door and 2 sliders. My French doors are still not fixed and it never passed inspections for French doors. They even cashed my check.

Good product but very expensive and a lot of people can not afford it.

I was impressed with how they stayed in touch. I did not have to call them. The first men that came were very efficient. The only thing was that they did not clean the window.

Have had sliders replaced for second time still unsatisfactory.

After kissing many frogs we finally found a window that we really liked from New South Window Solutions. While the experience with the sales person was a little uneven to start and we became hesitant when the installer reviews came back less that stellar, so we were ready to cancel. New South is new to Louisiana (all the bad reviews were from Sarasota FL) so we decided to give a call to the showroom in Metarie as we really liked the windows.

The showroom is not yet complete but we met with John Bailey who is leading the sales efforts in Louisiana. John could not have been more cooperative and eager to please. He quelled any doubts that we had, suggested a window that was better for our needs (and more expensive) but honored the original price that we were quoted.

Jeremy came today to do the exact measurements (and I do mean EXACT). He was pleasant, courteous and really cared that we would be happy. So far so good. According to contract it may be up to 14 weeks to install but maybe shorter (under promise/over deliver)

I'm giving 4 stars as the secret to a good window is a good install, so the jury is out on that, but if our experience with New South Window Solutions thus far is any indicator, this will go to 5 stars once the job is complete.

I ordered custom windows after consult / estimate on 11/29/21. New windows and sliding door were installed on 02/02/22. They are solidly built and beautiful. Love the versatility, too; they open from top or bottom and tilt in for easy cleaning (full screens on outside of windows). Locks can prevent full opening if you choose to engage them. Installers were very efficient and professional.

the install was super, they are very professional, the company has been outstanding to work with and the materials used really high quality. we did our whole house with their windows and glad we did!

Beautiful Windows

The work is Not completed. Customer Service manager Sergio does Not communicate. We don't know when, if ever, they will finish installing our new windows. The plan was to replace three bad windows but when the crew arrived, they told us they had no replacement windows, so they were unable to fix the problems. Perhaps Customer Service thought the work crew was going to do magic!?! It's been almost a year since we ordered the windows...
Do NOT choose NewSouth Windows if you are looking for a professional job.

We bought the windows and sliding doors on 6/25/21. They were installed on 9/28/21 as communicated to us. Window and door quality is great! The inspection failed - screws on all 3 sliding doors were not screwed in flush and one window was missing a third screw on each side. We were not happy that the repair job was not given any priority and we had to wait an additional 4 weeks after the installation. Otherwise, everyone was pleasant to work with and professional.

We used New South Windows to replace existing sliding doors with French doors and couldn't be happier. In these times of supply chain issues, they were able to deliver and install our doors on time. The installation team showed up on time, was extremally professional, and kept the job site very clean. I wouldn't hesitate to use New South Windows in Orlando again for any of my windows or doors.

The windows broke twice on delivery from poor packaging. The replacement window caused my other window not to open, which I'm still waiting to be fixed.

The entire experience was pleasant. The installation crew did an outstanding job. The windows look great. The thermal barrier and noise isolation are already making a difference in our home. Our a/c runs a lot less frequently with the new windows. With luck, we won't have to try out the impact feature any time soon. Post install follow-up and customer service experience were a very pleasant surprise. I recommend New South Windows.
