There wasn't much of a followup when I moved in and that would have been helpful. There are some things that need to be addressed. I just did not receive any followup to see if I was satisfied.

I was never given honest information about the timeline for them to complete the home. The project manager did not hold the vendors up to quality work at all, I am extremely disappointed with the quality of all aspects of the home.

We were very dissatisfied that the home was not finished on move-in.

Overall all of my expectations have been met. I think its a good value for the money.

The reason for lower grades in some areas are due to having Josh as project manager during the majority of the construction . He was totally inefficient. When Bill assumed the job, things were done correctly.He is a pleasure to work with. The sales person that I Had changed jobs shortly after I purchased my home. I was not contacted y another salesperson .Over all, except for dead shrubs, I am pleased with my new home.

Our home is innovative and beautifully done. It is very deep oriented, and they used high quality materials.The people we worked with were very understanding. We worked well with them.

NewStyle Communities has exceeded our expectations. The entire staff is amazing from the Design Center, Project Managers to the Salesperson. NewStyle Communities is very much in tune with their customers needs/wants and is far above any other builders in the area. Thank you for making our experience an enjoyable one. I have owned 4 houses throughout my life. All have been new construction.This has been the worst experience of all. The workmanship is poor. I have been told lie after lie. I liked the original project manager I originally started with. He emailed once a week with updates and always took the time, no matter how small, to resolve an issue. But, he left and I was stuck with an incompetent young man who acts like I'm bothering him every time I present him with a problem.. At 65, I resent being treated in a condescending manner by a twenty something year old. And, if you talk to the other residents, he treats all (especially women) this way. I hate it so much here, if my old home, which was under contract, fell through, I was going to put this house on the market and move back. But, it sold. This is a retirement community and the people that live here are wonderful, nice folks. When you talk to other residents, you realize the amount of promises and lies told by New Style Communities. I regret moving here and now having to deal with them with multiple problems.

It is a beautiful community. It is a nice neighborhood when the finished product is complete. It will be a great community to live in. My neighbors are wonderful.

I had a very pleasant experience building my new home with NewStyle Communities. They are very professional and know a lot about good building techniques not usually seen in my area. The floor plans they offer are great for anyone wanting to have an open floor plan or they are downsizing. I love it.

We are very happy in our new, maintenance free home. It was everything that they promised it to be.

I would advise them to ask more questions.

Terrible, low quality construction community and extremely unprofessional people in charge. No one is accountable and passes the buck to everyone else. Nothing gets done. No one resolves issues. Would never recommend this community. Had I to do it over, I would Never select this community.

Due to very specific circumstances, they were able to move our closing up by 3 business days so that I could straight from the hospital to my new home. They were extremely cooperative with my schedule after I got out of the hospital.

FEEL FREE TO PUBLISH THIS! More than 50% of the lots in our Villas at West Georgia Community are now being built on by Dan Ryan. All the things we were told about "our" community are no longer true. We are not getting the community we bought into and are VERY disappointed! The Ryan homes are not brick or the same value and style as ours; their lots are bigger; many homes are two story; all their lots are irrigated while we have courtyards we must take care of; they are allowing fences and other items we were told would not be allowed in this senior community, etc. Their HOA fees are the same as ours while their expenses to maintain the outside of their non-brick homes, water for irrigation, and yard care, etc. are going to cost a lot more than our smaller footprint homes. Had we known all this we would have NEVER bought into this community. WE FEEL BETRAYED!

We were told the home would be ready Dec/Jan timeframe. We closed In May, moved in end of May. Craftsmanship for the price of the home is poor, many corners cut and quality poor. We had bookcases built on either side of fireplace and the plywood uses was construction grade not cabinet grade. The painters had drips overspray all over and the shelves were painted in place. I was told the home was move in ready and when I questioned all the problems was I was told things would be fixed ASAP through a punch list.

Good styling, design and execution. Some of the subcontractors could have been more conscientious.

Overall it is a quality structure!

I absolutely love the courtyard concept with it's privacy and all living spaces facing the courtyard...reminiscent of the atrium in a Joseph Eichler Design. With the help of the HECM the home became an affordable option for me; and being a widow, I feel very comfortable in a community with like-minded folks, especially knowing we are all mostly the same age group and can discuss experiences in our lives that a younger generation has yet to live thru.
