Areas Of Satisfaction - Once order was finalized with Bruce, the projected timeline and connection with personnel from Next Door & Window at the stages of processing the order were right on target. Actually, installation occurred about a week prior to my expectation. Total cleanup by the installation crews and quick removal of original windows and doors was outstanding and greatly appreciated.

I would love to give Next Door & Window 5 stars but only after the installation work was redone. Unfortunately the first installation was atrocious. This is proven and agreed to as seen in pictures taken by Next Door itself. The 2nd team who removed the framing created by the first gentleman created a final product that is beautiful and as expected when purchased. The number of hours, anxiety, and days expended by this home owner unfortunately lost a star in this review although it could have been more if the awful first installation couldn't be corrected as well as it was.
