Next Door and Window just completed a window and patio door project for us.
All interactions with Next were very professional. My inquiries by email were answered within 24 hrs.
The crew arrived on time each day, and minimized the times our place was exposed to the elements.
We ran into a few issues with existing conditions but our crew worked through each one and provided solutions and a great installation. Work areas were cleaned appropriately at the end of each work day.

The only thing is that it was very expensive. I didn't realize the cost of it and told my son and I thought it was very pricey, but it was custom-made. That is the only complaint I have.

To complete our project, which was a patio door and a large window, took no less than 6 trips. The initial installation had to be totally redone. It took several appointments over several months to finally get a satisfactory project completion.

Additional Comments - It was a wonderful experience. I have been thinking about redoing my windows for about 5 years. Back then, I didn't like the pricing, so I decided to wait. I think I got a better deal for my money now for what I got than what I would have then. It was worth the wait.
