From initial sales visit through completion the staff was efficient, communicative and pleasant to work with. We have used Next for multiple projects (entry doors, storm doors, windows for two different properties, and sliding patio doors) and have recommended them to friends and family or anyone in need of windows or doors.

I would love to give Next Door & Window 5 stars but only after the installation work was redone. Unfortunately the first installation was atrocious. This is proven and agreed to as seen in pictures taken by Next Door itself. The 2nd team who removed the framing created by the first gentleman created a final product that is beautiful and as expected when purchased. The number of hours, anxiety, and days expended by this home owner unfortunately lost a star in this review although it could have been more if the awful first installation couldn't be corrected as well as it was.

My third project with Next Door &Window was just completed with excellence. Every person involved cared about my project ( replacement windows) and kept me well informed. The installation crew was professional and were ready and able to make unexpected repairs needed when the old windows came out and revealed rot in the house frame.

They are easy to communicate with, very transparent with prices, and always on time with estimates and results.

Our Salesperson did everything as promised, and our construction crew put a lot of time and care into cleanliness, detail, and making sure I always knew what they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend!!

Installation Quality - The installer was very thoughtful; trying to restrict the mess when removing the old door and removed the debris afterwards. He even reinstalled my doorbell and security system door button. He was meticulous. It was perfect when he left.

From beginning to end, I felt the company had pride and integrity. There are no gimmicks. You can be assured of a quality product and employees who are knowledgeable and proud of their company.

Additional Comments - I was really impressed with the installation. It was done perfectly. They had to replace windows and install a sliding patio door. They made it look like it had always been there. It was very well done.

The professionalism was evident from the first contact with the company until the last contact. The installation flawless and well executed, and the customer service level was more than we anticipated.

This isn't a purchase people make regularly. It can be overwhelming to look at all the options and get the sticker shock of the cost. But know that this company is going to do you right, follow through, and you're going to have a fantastic front door when all is said and done!

Dealing with Next Door and Window was a pleasurable experience.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They delivered our storm doors on time. The installation was very well done. The work area was well cleaned when he was done. He even made a minor repair to our front entry door and didn't charge us. All in all, we're very satisfied with the job and in the future we will have no problem calling Next Door and Window.
