I found the whole process very disturbing. They didn't seem to be familiar with vendors and I felt pushed me for selection decisions. The cabinets were installed and project was left to sit two months. We felt they left often to work on other jobs. The project manager did not keep track of the progression of the kitchen, resulting in the countertop being 2" shorter than contracted and granite being cut incorrectly. They assured me I would have a 37" countertop and the end height is 35" Nordic is telling me 35" is an acceptable counter height and refusing to correct the error. They asked me to accept patched granite. They did not to stick to the job and get it completed. Workers did not clean up their work area and dirt was tracked all through the house. One fellow even sawed in the house. The whole process of refurbishing the downstairs and the kitchen was very stressful.

They negotiated between my schedule and my tenants schedule. They were very professional and nice. They followed up and met both me and my tenants demands. I appreciated that!
