Nordine Remodeling did exactly what they said they would, and we are very pleased with the results.

It could not handle a simple deck rebuild. I have no faith that the company could do more complex remodeling or building. The deck was not built to my specifications. Several aspects of the new deck that I had expressly communicated to the estimator were not built and the estimator acknowledge that the changes were not made, but made excuses about the them later. There were no plans and specifications for the project. It was built based on photos taken by the estimator of the old deck with the corresponding inaccurate results.

Casey worked with the insurance company to complete the project as needed. He was in constant communication with us as to when construction would begin and constant updates on progress. I will definitely be usitNordine for my next project.

Casey Nordine provided a competitive quote that was honest and ensured a quality job would be done. All while knowing what one would get. It also reflected any savings (passed on to the customer) for materials used when their suppliers had any offers / deals. Some of the competitors did not pass on those savings in their quotes.

After noticing Casey dropped a measuring tape the day he provided the quote, I felt it would be nice to return it to him at his office location. Coincidently, I ran into his dad George. After having a nice long conversation with him, I felt confident in their bid and had a fairly good idea on the quality of work to expect.

During the work, I quickly learned the work ethic of the entire team. They put in 11-12 hour days each day over the first three days and around full 8 hour work day on the fourth. They cleaned up daily and they didn't slack at all. They arrived just before 8am and started work at 8am. They finished working each day about 30 minutes post sunset (around 7:30-8pm). They did an excellent job and did quality work ensuring the job was done right the first time.

For these reasons, I highly recommend Nordine Remodeling for a quality roof replacement that is fair priced and done on time within the quoted price.

The process and scheduling were easy because Casey was very easy to get in touch with. The gentlemen who put the doors in were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves, making it safe for my kids to be around. The remodeling that Nordine completed on my bathroom transformed it from a pink 1960’s embarrassment to a room that fits the style of this 1928 house, and makes the room feel bigger. From the planning to the foundational work to the polish of the handcrafted cupboard doors and molding, the project was given skill and careful attention. All my friends have bathroom envy!

I contacted Nordine's about the cost of a new roof. George called and set up a visit, took pictures and discussed the cost at that time, I called back, scheduled an appointment and signed the contract. George called and said the crew would be here on Monday and the job would be done by Weds. The crew of 7 arrived Monday morning, and the job was done on Weds.
