The roofer assigned to my job was Sam. He was very kind, courteous, and professional throughout the very long process. I had numerous problems( Not Northgates fault). My claim was lost in the computer system and it took many phone calls over 3 months for them ( the claims department) to finally solve and resolve the issue. Over all this time, they wouldn't approve the work so Sam's hands were tied and he also made numerous phone calls to try to get them to figure out the problem. He was very understanding regarding my immense frustration. Finally someone higher up the chain of command resolved the problem and at last the work was started and completed in a timely manner. Sam is most definitely an asset to your company.
