Professional & Organized - The window measurements were confirmed on another visit, and the windows were then ordered. Through phone calls, emails and messages we were kept informed of the progress of our order. On the day of the installation the crew was here early and got started just prior to the 9am timeframe that was set up. With threatening rain, a downpour and storm clouds approaching again, the crew of 9 workers got the job done very efficiently. The windows were prepped in the garage and during the downpour, the windows covered by the porch were replaced. We had workers on all 3 levels inside and outside. They were courteous and apologized when walking past us while we were watching the tv. They really worked like team who had worked with each other previously.

Construction Quality - We were referred to NGRW by our neighbor who had her project done about a year ago. She was very pleased with the process. Your website had valuable information and everyone from NGRW who came to our house explained and showed us the features. We had wood windows, but wanted a quality replacement. The window units fit in perfectly.

Communication - I called in the afternoon about the initial appointment and NGRW was able to come to our house the next day. We always received phone calls, emails and messages about upcoming appointments and progress on our order. All communication was clear and appreciated by us.

Clean & Safe - All of the debris from the the new replacement windows was kept in the garage and cleaned up. Any debris inside the house that missed the tarp was vacuumed. After the installation, the plastic film protecting the glass was cleaned and furniture that had been moved was moved back.

Clean & Safe - These 2 windows were being installed in our living room containing large antique pieces, silk upholstery, & oriental rugs. The care taken to protect everything was superb. They literally covered it all. They also cover the hardwood floor with thick padding in front of the windows for protection. They explained the noises they would be making just to set expectations. After they left, other than two beautiful new windows, we could not tell they had been here. Even the driveway where they were working was very clean.
