I highly recommend Northwest, and everybody associated with them.
Northwest was Awesome from the start to completion of the job. We would highly recommend Northwest Exteriors if you are thinking about window replacement.
Really impressed with the installation!
I would highly recommend Northwest. I am very pleased with the quality of my Anlin windows . The Northwest installation crew surpassed my expectations!
They were on top of it and very friendly from the first sales call to the last day of installation. They took care of things as they came up and have a superior product.
First time we purchased materials it was awesome. Then tried to contact them for some materials that I was short on and I got ignored.
I was searching the internet for replacement windows. In order to obtain quotes I had to provide my phone number. I'm so happy that I did not provide my personal cell number, because as of 16 May 24 I still get phone calls and text from replacement window sales people after Northwest Exteriors completed my project in Mar 2024.
There was a stark difference in the feeling of honesty, trustfulness, and sales delivery in the four companies that provided quotes to replace 19 windows. Northwest Exteriors, Troy Shea, stood heads and shoulders over his competition. Although I'm not an expert in determining what a fair price is, the competition led me to believe some companies were far over priced. I went with Anlin Del Mar windows from Northwest Exteriors. As I found out, not all dealers are authorized/allowed to sell the Del Mar series. The three competitors insisted that the Panoramic and Catalina series were just as efficient as the Del Mar series. I was really shocked when one company's "final and best price" for the Panoramic series was actually DOUBLE the price I received from Northwest Exteriors for the Del Mar windows. I was so upset with the salesman, who spent 45 minutes with his presentation, I had to call him and his company out for their pricing. So, I showed him a quote for Panoramic windows which was more than half the price he quoted. He appeared shocked that another company could sell the same product at a substantially lower price. I went on to say that when he returned to his office and debriefed his visit with me to his boss/manager, he needed to show what their competition is selling windows for. Although the company has only been selling windows for less than 3 years, and has a lot of good reviews, I felt the salesperson and company pricing was way out of line.
I could go on, but my description above should let you know how an experienced and factual salesperson can sell (convince someone to buy) your product. Visiting the showroom also helped with my decision.
Northwest Exteriors did a fabulous job on my project! The installers were hardworking and did a great job all around.
I have used them twice, including a 16 by 20 ft. patio cover and a door. Their service is impeccable. The price is not the cheapest, but they're not the most expensive. The quality of work is outstanding.
The installers, Chris and Clint, were great! They noticed an issue with the door and put in the work order to resolve it.
We have recommended Northwest to our neighbors, as several provided positive comment on the work done.
Entire process was quick and easy. Great product, easy installation. Very, very happy.
Excellent workmanship; made commitments, stuck with it through snow and winter and came through with a wonderful finished product on time, as quoted!
I was extremely pleased with the whole process.
Their employees were prompt, professional, and very efficient in the installation of my sliding glass door and dual pane windows. The windows look beautiful.
I am very happy with Northwest Exteriors- Sacramento's service.
Excellent customer service and very responsive.
Professional service, on time, as scheduled. Very professional.
And have referred already
Great product. Double lifetime warranty. Very professional. Building inspector was very pleased with the quality of the window installation.
The outside rep was very helpful. He included ideas that we didn't think about to improve the service. They gave us other ideas that were better that what we actually had.
They are great to work with. I didn't have the money at the time, but I told them I would pay on a specific date. They let me sign and I paid when I said would. They were good on that. I love the windows. Everything is great. It's a lot warmer in my home.
I was very satisfied with my door and slider.
You keep asking to complete a survey when the work has not been done yet. My patio door is still at a warehouse. Please stop asking.
Northwest was the lowest bid of three estimates I received. This was because they didn’t try to provide unnecessary work with the installation of my patio door. Other companies insisted they would need to remove portions of the patio floor and the stucco around the door. Northwest quoted me simply on what I needed, the replacement of my patio door. That is exactly what they provided as well without damage to the surrounding door frame or patio floor. The door is high quality and the installation was quick and efficient. I highly recommend Northwest and I will certainly use them for future needs.
I would definitely recommend them
The inspector said the installers did a really nice job. I was here when they did the installation and they did a really good job.
They were fast and efficient.
We love our new windows and doors. Wish we had done it sooner.
Yes
Quality products, professional presentation, excellent communication and respectful installation
They do good quality work, worked fast and efficiently, and had minor hiccups if any, which they corrected in a timely manner!
The job was done in a timely manner with good workmanship.
They had good service and a good product.
The gentleman that came out were nice and provided great customer service.
They were great. I have used them twice. They got it finished in a timely manner. They did a good job, and I love the windows and doors.
Job was completed in a timely matter ,quality workmanship by the crew .
From a distance, the install job looks great. But if you look close, the windows are not centered in the opening. The margins on the vinyl trim are not even from left-to-right and top-to-bottom. In other words, the window frame was “eyeballed” for center, not measured to be sure the new window frame is actually in the center of the opening. In addition, some of the windows are not level with one window being 1/4” off from top to bottom. I imagine most people would not care or notice this, but unfortunately I do. My daughter used Brothers Home Improvement for her window job. Her windows are all centered in the opening with even margins on the vinyl trim.
This was the only store that had Anlin patio doors. We went inside and a sales person came, starting to tell us that they’ll come measure our space, etc. Once we told him that we just want to buy patio doors, the everything (mood) changed. He went to his office and sent a female salesperson. She came and said she’ll be the one helping. She started asking some questions and measurements. So, we gave the measurements and she said she’ll go to her office and put the amounts together. All these time we’re just standing in the middle of showroom. While waiting, another person came and asked if he can help! We said someone else is helping us. He said, she is not, and I’m the one that has to help you with estimate (so why didn’t she say that from beginning?). We gave him all he needed and then again, he made us wait in the middle of showroom and went to his office to put the numbers together (why couldn’t any of them ask us to go to their offices?)
Well, finally we got the amount. Were told, there is a charge for using credit card and if interested call him before we come to store, because it takes 10 to 15 minutes to do paperwork.
Couple of days later we called and went to store to buy, but at store we had to make couple of changes. So again we had to wait in the showroom while he went to his office and do the paperwork which took less than 5 minutes. Also, we were told that for warranty, if anything happens, we don’t call them and has to call Anlin.
We ordered the doors and asked how long. They said 6 to 8 weeks. We asked the salesperson person which I believe he said he was the manager if we can call and get better estimate for delivery. He said call after 3 weeks or so. When I called a female answered and after I explained that we were told to call back, she (rudely) told me the date won’t change and I don’t need to call back!
Around 10 to 14 days earlier than the 8 weeks date I got a call that doors are there and set a date for delivery. Once done, I was asked if I can help to bring the doors down from truck after deliver?!. I said I don’t know and depends on their weight. But once he came, he brought someone else to help. And I’m glad he did, because they were heavy. After they left the doors, finally, he respectfully thanked us for our business.
If any other store sold these Anlin patio doors, I would have probably gone there.
The fact of the matter is that I do not have any family in the area and my friends either do not own homes or are not able to afford renovations. But I would happily recommend you if the opportunity presented itself.
