Overall they did a very good job, but there were a few areas they did incorrectly.

We were well satisfied with every aspect of our project. Every step was excellent. From the initial bid (my call was responded to quickly), to the providing a list of homes that NW Siding had done so we could go and view examples of their completed siding/painting projects, to the outstanding quality of the workman who did the siding (Jose and Ismael were outstanding, friendly, and responsive to our needs throughout the removal of old siding and installation of the new). Eduardo and his painting crew was equally a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased with the entire project and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend NWSiding!

NW Siding had a very professional crew- They showed up on time, they were friendly, efficient, and very hard working! The crew was easy to work with, and Michelle was always on track to answer my questions, meet up when necessary, and respond to our minor concerns. And they always clean up after themselves! We love the look of our "new" house!

Overall very positive. I'd advise future customers to pay more attention to the fine-tuned details at the end, though.

Michelle managed the job well. She kept in touch to inform me of worker's hours, paint samples, lighting. We had siding replaced in the back, to match the Hardie Plank on the rest of our home.
We opted to upgrade to Emerald Rain Refresh paint. It has a satin finish & did well during the Holiday Farm fire!!

Northwest Siding was so professional and their work is EXCELLENT...all for a very fair price!!! I would always recommend them over any other company. The reason we chose Northwest Siding was because our house, which we purchased in May of this year, already had siding on the main house done by Northwest about seven years ago. The previous owners chose not to side the garage and we wanted it to match. We chose Northwest Siding Contractors because the building inspector was so impressed with the way it was put on the main house (along with the material they used) saying, "Now THAT is how siding should be put on.!" He said " a lot of companies cut corners on siding (and techniques) ...but not on this house.!!!" So we found out who did the house (Northwest Siding) and had them do our little garage. They put the siding on, prepared the existing window from the 1915's. (fixing it a bit too!) and prepped it for painting...which now looks like a miniature house!!! The owner of the company, is so personable, and all the workers are so professional and respectful of both my husband and me as well as our property. I absolutely cannot say enough nice things about Travis and his company and workers! Do not doubt me...they are unequivocally THE BEST!!!!

Excellent workmanship and service. We got a quote from NW Siding in 2018 and another in 2019 and it had increased 15%, but we have not regrets.

There were some issues with the work. I think the over all project was managed well. They blew out the electricity in our house. We then had to get an electrician to come out to fix the outlets. They paid for it, but I do not think that should have ever happened. Whomever did the caulking with the siding did a really clumsy job of it. It was very messy. Over all, the work was fine. It seemed like the person doing the caulking was not very skilled or experienced. I had the guy that works on my house add nails in the siding to make it more secure. They were all very nice people.

NW Siding turned my old T-111 house into a HardiePlank masterpiece. It is a one stop shop for siding, painting, and gutters. The crews were friendly, efficient, skilled, and expert workers. Crucially, they communicated with each other. As the siders finished the painters were ready to go; as the painters were finishing up the gutter guy was on deck. The entire process of having the house re-sided, re-painted, and re-guttered was seamless. For the home-owner that means an exalted and pain-free construction project.The owner of the company came by on a regular basis to ensure all of the work met his high standards. My house is beautiful. NW Siding did a fantastic job. Five stars and two thumbs up from this home-owner.

I had multiple companies provide estimates for siding my house. I also wished to have the siding painted and new gutters installed. NW Siding was very competitive on cost and was able to complete all of the improvements I needed, making everything much simpler. The siding crew was great to work with, explaining all of the challenges that come with siding an old house, and providing options for working through those challenges. The siding crew lead, Audey, is a true craftsman and wasn't satisfied until he had things better than before.

They were careful, accurate and there were no shortcuts by them at any time. The property was left very clean at the end of every day throughout the entire project. At the end of the project, there were a few minor items that needed to be corrected and they sent a crew out within a few days to correct and finish the job to my satisfaction. They even asked if there was anything else I wanted done.

From the day I received my estimate to the final walk-around, my experience with everyone at Northwest Siding was extraordinary. The men who installed the siding could not have been more skilled or more helpful to me in putting things back together after the siding was up. I could not be more pleased with the final result!

NW Siding has a great reputation in Eugene for a reason. They are a top flight team. My house was an unusual job, it had curved sections and some odd features. NW did a flawless job with it. The price was competitive but the workmanship was top notch. I highly recommend them.
