I have used many organizations in the past and found Nu Look Home Design to be the highest quality. I would never use anyone else at this point.

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and responsive. The work started about 2 weeks after signing a contract. They came several times to bring roof samples. They started work as promised, with a large crew that worked SO hard for 2 long 13 hour days. The yard looked spotless, no nails or debris left behind. The crew happily made one small change at my request. The crew to install the gutters came two days later and did a great job too. We love the new roof and gutters!!

I like the company. The only issue is I was not given enough time to research the project. There was pressure from the salesman. Some of the information provided was not true. There was too much pressure from the salesman. I could have got a better price for the installation. I felt I overpaid. They did not install it the way they pitched it to me.

Everyone we've interacted with at Nu Look has been kind, responsive, and professional. They worked very to to get our insurance to cover as much as possible (especially Steven Golis - he was a huge help). We're thrilled with the quality of the work, and absolutely love both the look and feel of the new roof and siding. We will definitely be recommending them to others.

The overall experience was great. The salesman (Ben) was outstanding and when the installation crew caused issues, one of the owners visited me in person.

They were on time, timely, professional, respectful of our personal items, quick, and efficient.

The roof looks great and from talking to other neighbors who recently had a new roof the price was reasonable.

The reason I say 4 instead of 5 is that the workmen could have been more careful removing the old roof. A lot of trash ended up in the neighbors yards.
