Project started out good, but lasted way too long. Crew was messy and loud. Painting was terrible and took several tries. Overspray was on foundation, driveway, plants, just about anything within five feet. Second crew had to come out and fix messes. Arnesto and Tony who did the siding were professional and courteous.

Ken was very responsive, quick and was able to schedule the project the very next week. The crew finished on -time.

I had 11 windows replaced and the siding on two sides of the house replaced. My project ended up with a lot of unforeseen dry rot issues that required framing and sheathing repairs. NW Siding & Windows crew repaired everything in a professional, workman like manner before proceeding.

We are currently halfway through our residing/window project and honestly could not be happier. During the quoting process, Ken walked around the house with me and listened to my questions and concerns. One week later, when he came back to do the final measuring on the windows, he had several recommendations based on questions asked during his earlier visit, as well as some suggestions that I had not even considered. Those were greatly appreciated! Ricardo and the siding crew are fast, efficient and courteous. NW siding and windows re-sided my house in the spring of 2018. Ken the project manager was professional, polite and was always available for questions. The siding crew were professional and extremely hard workers. We had a range of weather from pouring rain to 80+ degrees, neither of which slowed them down. I have a large house and it took the crew approximately a month to complete the project. Each day the crew cleaned and left their work area almost spotless. The crew even went above and beyond to fix a fascia board which was installed wrong when the house was built. Once the siding was completed, the paint crew arrived. The paint crew worked just has hard and were extremely polite. The painting was finished in just a couple days and it’s an excellent job. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the results and I’m happy that I chose to go with NW siding. I got a lot of quotes for this project, knowing that it was going to be extremely expensive. NW Sidings price was responsible and very competitive. Another well reviewed company wanted 30k more for the same amount of work. In a time where contractors have to much work and tend to inflate prices, I felt that NW Siding remained honest. My only negative complaint is that no one did a complete “walk around” the house with me, to make sure everything was completed and done correctly. I was asked to walk around to see if I can see anything that was missed. I didn’t like that, and felt the project manager should of came out and did this step with me. This way a professional can see things I might not and it gives him and chance to review his crews work. Besides the last part, I would highly recommend this company for any siding work. My house looks brand new
