Project started out good, but lasted way too long. Crew was messy and loud. Painting was terrible and took several tries. Overspray was on foundation, driveway, plants, just about anything within five feet. Second crew had to come out and fix messes. Arnesto and Tony who did the siding were professional and courteous.

Ken was very responsive, quick and was able to schedule the project the very next week. The crew finished on -time.

I had 11 windows replaced and the siding on two sides of the house replaced. My project ended up with a lot of unforeseen dry rot issues that required framing and sheathing repairs. NW Siding & Windows crew repaired everything in a professional, workman like manner before proceeding.

NW siding and windows re-sided my house in the spring of 2018. Ken the project manager was professional, polite and was always available for questions. The siding crew were professional and extremely hard workers. We had a range of weather from pouring rain to 80+ degrees, neither of which slowed them down. I have a large house and it took the crew approximately a month to complete the project. Each day the crew cleaned and left their work area almost spotless. The crew even went above and beyond to fix a fascia board which was installed wrong when the house was built. Once the siding was completed, the paint crew arrived. The paint crew worked just has hard and were extremely polite. The painting was finished in just a couple days and it’s an excellent job. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with the results and I’m happy that I chose to go with NW siding. I got a lot of quotes for this project, knowing that it was going to be extremely expensive. NW Sidings price was responsible and very competitive. Another well reviewed company wanted 30k more for the same amount of work. In a time where contractors have to much work and tend to inflate prices, I felt that NW Siding remained honest. My only negative complaint is that no one did a complete “walk around” the house with me, to make sure everything was completed and done correctly. I was asked to walk around to see if I can see anything that was missed. I didn’t like that, and felt the project manager should of came out and did this step with me. This way a professional can see things I might not and it gives him and chance to review his crews work. Besides the last part, I would highly recommend this company for any siding work. My house looks brand new

It started on time as promised. The crew was great. They worked well together and were focused on detail and quality. This job started in early September, having them working with a painting contractor was very important. Paint job was very good.

Not the cheapest bid, but incredibly responsive, and was able to do our entire project in-house. The market is insanely busy so we had a huge problem even getting a callback, but the office was quick and responsive, and the crews friendly, respectful and competent. We had a couple of change orders that were handled without issue. The crews cleaned up the site every day, and with the exception of a couple of days due to illness (understandable), showed up promptly even though the weather was beastly. We are thrilled with our new siding, windows and paint.

Taking care of a couple little things took too long but all in all I would recommend N.W. Siding. The site was kept "very clean" so props to them for that.

I would highly recommend them for siding projects. The painting side was a little difficult to work with but the siding project manager was amazing. I also never did a final walk through with the lead project manager and that put me off a bit but the workmanship of the siding is amazing and I would recommend them for that.

My experience with NW Siding & Windows could not have been better. Starting with my first telephone call to Candice in their office, to Ken, the salesperson and project supervisor, and finally, to demolition crew foreman, Alex, and Roberto, the installation foreman, Roberto. Everyone involved the tear off and reinstallation of the new siding on my home, including the work crews, were professional and performed at levels that exceeded my original expectations. They removed the original Certain Teed Weather Board fiber cement lap siding, which was the subject of a settlement of a class action lawsuit, and, replaced it with James Hardie fiber cement lap siding and trim. The job came in on time, on budget, with no surprises. They cleaned up their work areas daily, and, even took pictures of the defective installation defects, that the original siding contractor made when they installed the siding on my home during its construction. They additionally, made some fascia repairs that needed to be made at no additional cost. I would unconditionally recommend NW Siding & Windows for any type of exterior siding and widow work you may require. Their price was very competitive, and the quality of their work exceptional.

The project manager was knowledgeable and very responsive to questions and coordinated their crew's activities closely with our other contractors.
