After the completion of our roof and gutters I had some concern if the proper shingles were installed on the ridge vents.I also needed some minor siding repairs after having 4 layers and cedar shakes removed.After playing phone tag with various company representatives and being promised that they wanted to make sure that I was happy with everything nothing happened.Seems that once they got our roughly $26,000 we didn't matter any more.They give you brochures that brag about how the first thing they build is trust.Not sure how they figure their doing that.A+ rating with BBB is a laugher.Customer service after the sale has been horrific...On a positive note our roof and gutters look very nice.Dosen't change the treatment I'm getting.This is my 2nd review they emailed me.1st one was not positive either.I was contacted after that review and promised someone would come out and see me.....crickets.

The team was right on time (early, but pleased with timely arrival). Having a complete tear off and new roof was stressful, Marcus ((spelling?) kept me well informed and provided pictures of the progress. Team completed in one day completing job as the sun went down. Very impressive and will recommend for sure.
