Very dissatisfied with the mitigation process done to address a water leak in my basement. Despite the presence of standing water in carpeting, there was no vacuum extraction done to remove the water, only 9 turbo fans and a large dehumidifier were placed throughout the space to remove the water. Although I immediately raised my concerns to Octagon management and my insurance company about what was being done and they did nothing. I feel by not immediately extracting the water from the carpet caused more damage to the effected areas. Octagon was contracted by my insurance company.

I would recommend them to anyone. I had to use them twice within a months time. I had two floods. They were magnificent. They were kind, they loved my cat, and they let me go to work while they did the work. They took care of my cat for me and they were friendly. That meant a lot to me to know my cat was safe with them. It was an incredible experience. I will never forget it.

Octagon came to our house within a few hours of our flooded basement. This was on a Saturday morning! They immediately began picking up all our possessions, then began bringing in their equipment. They were there forfour days. We were very pleased with their work.

They need to be reliable and finish a job before they move on. It should not require a complaint from a client or insurance company. Having a mitigation issue is a big problem and no one could do work until they were done. We could not renovate or do any other work with the items. They put a bunch of stuff in my den and not all of it was salvageable, and the other companies could not get to it. I have a picture of it, they left a big mess. You had to climb over stuff, and it was unsafe. This was weeks after they were supposed to be done.

Worst experience i have ever had when letting someone do work at my house. They was supposed to clean my house for soot and smoke damage. They did not clean any of my belongings and just put everything in bags. They told me my house was all done and i could move back in and there was soot all over everything still. None of my belongings were put back just left in bags uncleaned.

They did a good job. They went above and beyond the job they were suppose to do.

Octagon was very respectful of our damage and our personal contents, both during the cleanup process and after. we had many questions and they answered al of them. They elevated the stress and anxiety of "strangers" being in our house while we were out of state. Brindi & Rick are AWESOME!! Anything we needed, everyone was easy to work and communicate with. Highly recommend!!!

They did a wonderful job. My only problem with them is that they didn't keep me informed. I went there one day, and all the floors were gone! I know this was necessary, but I had no idea they were doing it.

The staff from Octagon arrived quickly after my pipe burst, explained the process very thoroughly, and helped me sort out all the things needed doing. They provided overall great service.
