The product is great once received. The process takes a long time to be completed but it is worth the wait.

OG Living StruXure Outdoor Naples did a fantastic job from sales and keeping up with the timeline, to the installation.
They told me upfront it would be at least five months, and they called me monthly with updates; the communication was fantastic!
The salesperson, Tyler, did a fantastic job explaining, and the installers were very nice guys and cleaned up after themselves.

We encountered a few hiccups along the way with the retractable screen. The delivery was delayed, and the screen was damaged upon arrival. It was replaced.
We are not super happy with smart gateway, but everything else was handled well.

I don’t have an opinion yet. They haven’t fixed my issue. It’s been 8 weeks since i called in.

OG was extremely easy to work with and assigned a project manager to my installation making getting questions answered and schedule updates simple. The quality of their work was excellent!

our experience with the different crews getting things was ok

main problem was the electrical portion of the installation. There should have been better communication between both crews.

given this was a replacement to storm smart the electrical lines were there to use but do to how the electrical lines were left they had to run completely new lines which took a couple of extra days of work.

The product is far superior to anything else we have seen on the market. It is of high quality and the service and support has been outstanding.

After the sale was made, the communication was not thorough.

The structure and quality are outstanding. Execution and structure were phenomenally timely and clean. I would recommend them because you get what you pay for.

The process from start to finish was 100% seamless. The installers were precise, timely and professional. They used drop cloths and took pictures of where our patio furniture was and when completed everything was clean and put back in the exact place. They took the time to go over all our questions on the operation and care of the screens, they left no stone un turned. We absolutely love our new Hurricane screens!

Great product, the motorized screen looks and works great. The crew that installed the screen did a great job. They were neat and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this product.

The product is absolutely wonderful. It is exactly what we wanted. The time it took, from signing to installation, was unacceptable. It took six months, and I don't agree with that. We were told it would take four weeks. There was a mistake on their end, and they didn't get to it in a timely manner. The final outcome is beautiful. It is exactly what we wanted.

OG Living has great employees, Zachary made sure that everything was done according to the estimate, they were very clean, professional, and reliable. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

Great product! Storm Smart does not compare.

Product is great, but the installation process took too long. When the installation team begian the job by casting their fishing poles into our pond I suspected their work ethic was a problem. They proved me correct.

As our projects near completion, we are overall very pleased with the end result. We had a custom-built StructureX pergola installed on our pool deck, as well as a couple of the CabanaX pergolas installed in the yard. It is soooo nice to be able to sit under some shade and avoid our Florida sun during the day! And, when it rains, the louvres automatically close and keep our outdoor furniture dry. It's like increasing our living space into the great outdoors!

Everyone that we interacted with at OG Living was professional and helpful. My only concern was the amount of time that it took to order materials and to begin the projects. Be prepared to have your deposit and the project plan take anywhere from 5-7 months to complete. Much of this is out of the control of OG Living (ie: permitting, materials and supply chain issues, inspections, etc.). Just be sure to communicate closely with the OG Team from start to finish throughout the project timeline.

Lengthy process….but rewarding at completion.

The installation team did a great job. They were respectful, professional and friendly. The only comment that we have is that the time it took to install the hurricane shades was four days, which was longer than expected. Overall, we like the end result.

Their lack of communication would stop me from referring them.

The end product is excellent. The installation process was lengthy and we were disappointed in the lack of communication by OG on when the installation would be completed. Responses to emails seemed to often be ignored.

I dealt with several people at OG Living StruXure Outdoor Naples, and they are a very professional company. Overall, the project was completed in a timely manner. I think the product is expensive, however, very good quality.
