Every aspect of the project was excellent. Every employee I came in contact with was helpful and explained everything in a way that I understood. (Thanks to Marcus, Todd and Danielle!!) The work was extraordinarily efficient and they cleaned up when it was complete.

I credit Ogburn for staying with my project until it was right. Both the concrete crew and Vuba installation crew ran into unforeseen problems that caused delay and some initial quality issues. Ogburn did not stop working on the issues until they resolved, and the end result is perfect. Mistakes happen that are sometimes out of our control. It's not whether someone has an issue, but how they handle it, that matters. I have never seen a company willing to stick with an issue as diligently as Ogburn did in my case. I highly recommend this company and commend their leadership and the crews on the ground.

Everyone--from original estimator to on-site workers--were responsive, timely and professional and my project was done perfectly!

The professionalism and competency of everyone involved, as well as the excellent costumer service, couldn’t be beat. Throw in a fabulous end product, and you can see why we couldn’t be more pleased.

Expectations - I expected quality workmanship and timely completion of the project. My expectations were more than met. The workmanship was excellent. The project was done on the established schedule, and everyone with whom I dealt was friendly and helpful. I give this company my highest recommendation.

Arrived on time. Gave detailed contract for work to be done. Scheduling was delayed a bit due to weather. They were professional and was able to remove the effervescence on the concrete patio. They were neat and clean. Picked up after themselves and did not leave a mess or mess up other things while completing this job.

Additional Comments - I did feel the patio needed more sealer in some spots and was willing to get some and do touch up to the areas that look like it needed more myself, however; the team came out and reassessed and put down another layer of sealer. I was impressed and thankful for the followup.

Additional Comments - The highlight of the experience is that we are a volunteer organization, and we got two bids for the project. Aaron was very responsive to our needs, recognizing that we are a volunteer organization. His preparation was so thorough that when I presented it to the board, it was approved unanimously.

Ogburn construction is large enough to provide all necessary equipment, materials and skilled labor for the project, but small enough for direct management and oversight by the owners.

We saw how they fixed our neighbors driveway. They were very pleased with their work. So we decided to use them also. We are also very pleased with their work and the people that did it. They are very efficient in what they do.

The most recent crew came out and finished a job that wasn't fully complete and redid almost all of it. Amazing!
