The job got done and the outcome is satisfactory (though still evolving). Part of the reason, though, that we decided to spend extra money with Ohio Exteriors is the promise that the experience and end result would be better than with other companies. We're not sure that this is the case.

Absolutely. James and his crew were great and professional. This is the second large project we have had them complete on our house that was built in the 1950s and they have handled all the challenges that go with an older home spectacularly. Thank you very much!

Problem Resolution - James went above and beyond to get us a color fast block after we added in a light in the back. Really really appreciated the extra effort that he went to in order to make sure that we would have the right product. His main carpenter also was great and helped to make sure we were up to code when installing and moving the new lights. Not only that but when our windows proved to be quite the task, he worked with the window company to make sure that the inside of our house (window sills and framing) matched the outside. Also really appreciated that James took extra time to help myself and my husband really understand the process and was on the job site almost every day to check on everything

I have used this company for several home improvement projects. I continue to use them because they are fairly priced, helpful and friendly, and do a great job.

Very happy with final product. Beautiful addition to my home. A few bumps along the way. Biggest frustration was inaccurate quoting of the time the job would take. Also, the additional 4% charge to use a credit card is very frustrating.

Edge vents were installed to increase air flow in attic. after several months I noticed that the shingles were not sticking to these edge vents. after reporting the problem, a crew came out to fix the problem within 24 hours. Problem seems to nave been fixed.

Ohio Exteriors did a great job and finished earlier than we expected. They also notified our neighbors before the work started, which was very much appreciated by the neighborhood. The crew who did the installation was very professional and everything looks great!

Additional Comments - Ohio Exteriors is a gold vendor from Angie's List. Their price is ultra competitive. We looked at 6 companies and Ohio Exteriors was not the cheapest, but they delivered the product.
