Excellent workmanship

I have done business with Ohio Roofing for over 20 years. This is the second roof they have put on. They put in new gutters and downspouts, new windows, a front door, and more that I cannot think of. They have done a lot of work. The crew was not quite as good as the crew that put the first roof on 20 or so years ago. They were not bad, but it was not the same. Some of that likely has to do with the pandemic.

If you need a roof, go with Ohio Roofing & Siding.

Areas Of Satisfaction - Honesty. I "interviewed" several potential roofing companies and I think the Ohio Roofing consultant gave me the most straight forward and thorough estimate of the base cost and the possible cost of repairs if needed.

They did good, the only issue I had was it took them a long time to come back and replace my gutter.

We couldn't be any happier with the workers or the finished product. The owner came on site to make sure everything was going well and when he came out to quote is a price he didn't try to play the estimate game. Give us one price then requote at a lesser amount. Additional Comments - We did have one issue. One of the windows had a bug between the 2 panes of glass. I noticed this after the work had been completed. I called Ohio Roofing and told them about it. They ordered a new window and in a couple of day Josh and Alex were back at our home and replaced that window with a new one. Customer service at Ohio Roofing was very good. Ohio Roofing is a good company and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The sales rep. Jim did a fine job explaining the product and the installers keep the site clean and weren't bothered by our 2 dogs. They were very professional.

Very please with the entire experience from picking out the siding color to the installation of our new siding. The new siding has changed our home, we look like we have a brand new home & have great curb appeal now. OH Roofing did extra touches that we did not expect, our door bell light had not worked in years they fixed that and put new flood lights out that had been burned out for some time. Our house is beautiful again:-)
