From start to finish it was a pleasant experience, the presentation was very informative and thorough. My products were ready before the expected time by several weeks and installed. My bathroom looks fabulous! Jesse did a great job with everything and was fabulous at keeping things neat and clean throughout the process, even vacuuming outside! 10 out of 10 would have them again!

I had an excellent experience with the crew installing the shower with mad city showers. This is an excellent product and the contractor and workers were very professional. My only hesitation is the cost of the product is extremely high. I understand it has an exceptional warranty, however

There is damage to my drywall and door next to my shower that no longer closes.

Well you salesperson said we could get a vent fan put in but did not write it on the contract. Installers said an electrician would have to do it. I said ok called Omaha to Cheri on 12-5-24 but never heard from a electrician.

Still waiting for a return call about our shave bar we thought was included.

If there were six stars, I would give it. Our home is 50 years old and the bathroom had never been touched, except to install tile which exacerbated existing problems. The tub had also been painted, with globs of paint coming up each time someone took a bath. When we bought the house, the toilet had cracked through the floor and was jeri-rigged so we could live in the house. Something had to be done. We were ready!
I wasn't exactly sure how things would go with Mad City. But we negotiated what I believed was a fair price for a good fix. Oscar was our installer. When he arrived, he thought he might get it done in a day. But taking out the old stuff (tub, toilet, vanity) revealed serious problems. 3/4 of the subfloor had to be replaced. He also installed insulation where there had been none. The finished tub/shower is beautiful and more than meets our expectations.
OK. That's what a good company should do. But Oscar far exceeded what one might expect. He was extremely personal. Even our dog liked him! (Which is saying something!) He always had time for my questions and accomodated my requests. But because we have a full garage, he had to do the cutting work outside in sub-zero temperatures. He never complained. Always cheery. It's true. The work took 2 1/2 days. But it was done beautifully and Oscar was a delight to have in our home. We are confident that this project will never need to be redressed for the rest of the time that we live in our home.

Sales guy told me so many LIES to get the sale

The windows were measured twice to fit. Ordered to fit. When the windows were installed they did not fit correctly at all. There were large gaps around the window frames. The foam that they sealed the gaps with wasn’t fully sealed. There were gaps in the foam.
Furthermore the wraps that was done on the outside frame was not consistent. The metal cuts on corners had gaps also.

We are very happy with our shower and the whole experience. I would and have recommended it to friends.

Product is good quality and installation was completed (three days late) in one day as promised. The cost for this simple project was very high.

Quality product and service from initial contact to completed installation. I'm a retired professional and lifelong handyman and extremely picky about my work. They did not disappoint me and I'm very impressed with the entire organization. The cost was worth it to me to get top notch product and service.

Installation process was very disappointing, took double the time quoted, crew did a poor job cleaning up and apparently it's policy to not do interior caulking.

We really don't know anyone who would be willing to spend that much money on a shower.

From the original knock on the door claiming to give me a free estimate, to the final install, the experience was peppered with unsatisfaction. I thought I was getting a free estimate when they showed up, but instead I got a sales pitch. The sales tactics were clear and obvious, but delivered by such a nice guy and in such a friendly manner I ALMOST wasn't get offended. A few days after the install was done, which was done very efficiently, I found out I couldn't turn on the water for a few days to let the sealer dry. Once I was able to turn on the water, I found out the shower-head connection to the faucet had been cross-threaded and leaks. Something I couldn't have known when the installers were here. There was also a promotion going on during the sales pitch. Some vacation thing, which always seems sketchy to me. I was told I would receive more information about it and never did. However, once the guy who measures everything came in, I mentioned to him that I wanted a different size bathtub than what was on the original order, and he made it happen. I did appreciate that very much.

I’m very happy with my walk-in show. Ivan was professional and hard working. Cleaned up and left the area tidy and accessible each time he had to leave. Taking My first shower was heaven and probably the longest one I’ve ever had. ☺️
