I would recommend based on the quality of the windows but I would not recommend because of the quality of the finished product and windows were covered in silicone and loose/left behind screws were found.

The quality seems to be the best around. There will be very little maintenance involved, as long as I follow the recommendations. I am very happy.

We love our new shower from Mad City Windows & Bath! It was a quick and easy process and we would highly recommend them.

They were very prompt and the quality was good.

In all my life, it was the best service I've ever had. They did a complete job and it was neat and tidy.

I would recommend Mad City based on the prices, however, when I tried to cancel my order based on a better offer, I felt pressured into keeping my order with Mad City. The reason I decided to stay with Mad City was the financing rate which could not be matched by the competing offer.

Install was quick, looks great. Haven't been able to use since it's been installed. The shower door leaks and caused water damage to my family room ceiling below this bathroom. Been 2 days and still haven't heard back from them and what they plan on doing about it.

Service was great the whole process was explained. We are very happy with our shower.

All were very efficient, professional, making sure all was understood and agreed to, Easy to reach, looking for approval, verifying satisfaction.

The install went well until I found out they didn't square up the the walls and the glass doors didn't fit right, and the door slowly closed on its own, indicating it wasn't level. We complained about it and a couple days later, they sent ine of the bosses out feom Omaha to fix it. I was incredibly disappointed to see that to fix it not being level, they removed the screws from the to rail, put them back in and just set the rail up on the vertical channel. This is a asety issue! Also, when they did that, it left a gap at the bottom and the glass no longer slides in the channel it is supposed to ride in. Also, when they removed the blower, and the outlet it was plugged into, the electrician cut wires leading to the other outlet in the bathroom.

Everything went well...trainees took longer but expected they r learning..have one slider we r having trouble closing
..when they bring clips that were missing maybe they can repair..also to bring for paint for touch ups.
