Quality product and service from initial contact to completed installation. I'm a retired professional and lifelong handyman and extremely picky about my work. They did not disappoint me and I'm very impressed with the entire organization. The cost was worth it to me to get top notch product and service.

Installation process was very disappointing, took double the time quoted, crew did a poor job cleaning up and apparently it's policy to not do interior caulking.

Everything went very smooth and the guys were awesome.

We really don't know anyone who would be willing to spend that much money on a shower.

From the original knock on the door claiming to give me a free estimate, to the final install, the experience was peppered with unsatisfaction. I thought I was getting a free estimate when they showed up, but instead I got a sales pitch. The sales tactics were clear and obvious, but delivered by such a nice guy and in such a friendly manner I ALMOST wasn't get offended. A few days after the install was done, which was done very efficiently, I found out I couldn't turn on the water for a few days to let the sealer dry. Once I was able to turn on the water, I found out the shower-head connection to the faucet had been cross-threaded and leaks. Something I couldn't have known when the installers were here. There was also a promotion going on during the sales pitch. Some vacation thing, which always seems sketchy to me. I was told I would receive more information about it and never did. However, once the guy who measures everything came in, I mentioned to him that I wanted a different size bathtub than what was on the original order, and he made it happen. I did appreciate that very much.

I’m very happy with my walk-in show. Ivan was professional and hard working. Cleaned up and left the area tidy and accessible each time he had to leave. Taking My first shower was heaven and probably the longest one I’ve ever had. ☺️

I would recommend. Great experience. Love the final result!!

I would recommend based on the quality of the windows but I would not recommend because of the quality of the finished product and windows were covered in silicone and loose/left behind screws were found.

The quality seems to be the best around. There will be very little maintenance involved, as long as I follow the recommendations. I am very happy.

I would recommend Mad City based on the prices, however, when I tried to cancel my order based on a better offer, I felt pressured into keeping my order with Mad City. The reason I decided to stay with Mad City was the financing rate which could not be matched by the competing offer.

Install was quick, looks great. Haven't been able to use since it's been installed. The shower door leaks and caused water damage to my family room ceiling below this bathroom. Been 2 days and still haven't heard back from them and what they plan on doing about it.

Service was great the whole process was explained. We are very happy with our shower.

All were very efficient, professional, making sure all was understood and agreed to, Easy to reach, looking for approval, verifying satisfaction.
